The motor is here in my shop, as it was returned after the trucking company couldn't deliver itThe options now are, he can arrange pick up of the motor, I can ship it COD, I can sell it and then refund him, or he can come pick it upI have been charged round trip shipping already, I can not ship it again without additional costs

The customer asked me to deliver the engine to an alternate address than his "confirmed" eBay address. Delivery was attempted twice by the shipping company. The customer told me that it was "probably due to roadwork" that the shipping company couldn't deliver the engine. The engine was...

then returned back to me as undeliverable. I have explained to the customer that if he wants to call a shipping company and schedule pick up on his own I will have it ready for them, but that I am not going to pay for shipping it again. I also offered to re-sell the engine and refund his money when it sells. Again, I have done everything correctly on my end and shouldn't have to pay for shipping twice or lose out on this sale due to a problem on his end in receiving the engine. I am still willing to work with the customer on this. I can understand the customer's frustration. But I have given him options and he has not been willing to work with me thus far.
