[redacted] dropped off Honda CHdue to it not running well, we recommended a carburetor cleaning/tune-up, he also purchased a tire from us that he stated he did not have the tools to install it himself, so we stated we would do that also, [redacted] states that the repairs took to long to repair, but the business was closed the whole week of July [redacted] holidayTotal turn around was days We did have a telephone conversation with [redacted] that we though his scooter was going to require a new starter, but after further inspection the starter was fine and the connection failure was actually due to mice damage We repaired these wires test road the scooter, contacted customer to tell [redacted] scooter was done Upon picking up the scooter his mother arrived with him at checkout she became agitated and agrumental We explained in entirely what repairs we preformed on the scooter, so that is now runs properly She still left unhappy We are sorry for any misunderstandings
