Bought a $350 bike, test rode that and found out it was not good quality. Took it back on the next business day in the exact shape I bought it. Store refused to refund my money even when I offered to pay a rental fee. I was not given any paperwork to say they did not do returns/exchanges nor was anything posted in the store to show that. I calmly asked about the return, and the manager was rude and treated me as if I have no idea what I'm talking about so they would not take the return. Desired SettlementI would like a refund and I will return the bike.
