Cycle Salvage

Review: Contacted representative and they stated if I refunded the Yamaha r1 tank that they would issue a full refund. I have the receipt with delivery confirmation. I sent the tank 4-18-11. The business received it but claimed it was damaged. Today is August 18,2014 and I have yet to receive my refund. Over the years the business has also denied my request to send me pictures of the damage. I do not believe it is even damaged because if it was they would have provided proof years ago. I have called time and time again and it has been excuse after excuse. The representative bill started yelling at my husband today. Very unprofessional. Then refused to send proof that it is damaged, stated he could charge me for return shipping, and then hung up the phone on my husband. Over the years I have been understanding and polite. This business does not stand up to what they promise and the customer service is unprofessional and attacking at moments.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my $169 that was promised.
