Review: I complained earlier about this company and they stated that since the knee piece on the right side was a cosmetic piece and that's why they did not fix that piece. I had to send 4 emails for a month trying to figure out that the fairing that they replaced was also cosmetic. So my whole concern is that they fix what they want to fix.

Before I was complaining about the bad service since it was my fault I didn't go to service that I was directed to parts and accessory took them bout a month after 3 weeks of phone calls to figure out if all the pieces came in. I had to call and ask them and for them to say one is on back order. Then they ordered more parts since parts and accessories representative did not order the correct parts. I was fine with those and then they ordered a windshield kit not with my permission or knowledge after I saw the bill. The bike was fine and when the bike was finally fixed after 2 months the guy stalled it in the shop twice and it was a pain. I took it to another shop to have it looked at and had to clean the carburetor which the other [redacted] employees missed. I would like to know why they fixed one cosmetic piece but not the other when I told them to fix that area.
