Cyclebar Southlands

I requested cancellation of my cyclebar membership on 08/27/2019, which followed the end of my freeze and the 30 day notice protocol. I was charged for the monthly $119 membership fee, every month since October 2019 to present. The membership should have terminated on 10/01/2019. Following numerous emails to Manager Chanel ***, and un-returned phone calls, (I have dates of emails, the only communication with *** was on 08/27/2019, stating that we have to wait for the freeze to end to process the cancellation. That would have been the last day of September 2019. The cancellation was never processed so I have been charged $119 every month since. I sent 3 follow up email messages to Chanel and left numerous voice messages at the club and have received no response and no cancellation. I am not able to cancel my membership myself and can't remove my debit card information from my account either. I am requesting cancellation and a refund of the 7 debits (so far) that I have been charged equaling $833.00 USD

I requested cancellation of my cyclebar membership on 01/01/2020, which followed the 30 day notice protocol. I was charged 01/14/2020 for the monthly $59 membership fee, of which I have the receipt as proof of final payment. The membership should have terminated on 02/01/2020; however, I received another charge on 02/07/2020 in the amount of $59, which should not have been removed from my account. Following numerous emails and phone calls, which owner Liz Hatch refuses to return (I have dates of emails and phone calls upon request), the only communication with Hatch was on 02/07/2020, stating that "unfortunately until your account get paid to present dues, your cancellation will be on hold". Yet, I have sent her copies of the receipt for 01/14/2020 and 02/07/2020. I have yet to receive a response from Hatch.
