Best customer service I have experienced since opening our business. The only reason I didn't choose Aliant was time constraints to have a way to accept POS payments as quickly as possible. Otherwise, I would have chosen Aliant, based SOLELY on Erica's ability to provide such personalized and efficient customer care.

A BREATH OF FRESH AIR

Finally. I have had the pleasure of dealing with a company that handles their clients the same way I do in my calligraphy business.
I was attempting to be able to accept credit cards and the first company I signed up with was terrible. The reader did not work with my smart I phone, their solution was going to cost me more, the original price quoted was more still, customer service was in California and impossible to deal with.
I called Aliant as they are just a few miles from me in Fort Lauderdale. Giancarlo Q., Vice President of Sales, answered all my questions in detail and very patiently. This technology is very new to me and he didn't make me feel, quite honestly, stupid. Their reader also did not work with my smart phone, but his solution was easier and less expensive! I love the fact that I was able to go to their beautiful office to meet him and Heist and see their professionalism. Giancarlo actually came to my place of business to set up the new machine. He's a real pro and I couldn't be happier that I made the switch from the other company.

Excellent service by the Aliant team in helping us get the gateway so quickly. You can reach the agents directly, on first ring. Never had this experience before with a payment processor. Barbara followed up regularly to make sure from the application till the access to the gateway was provided, everything was proceeding smoothly.

These people call non stop. Calling from different numbers etc.. I finally tracked down their real number and address and called them directly (Fort Lauderdale, FL). I spoke to a woman and informed her I was getting constant calls from their company with no voicemails and when I did answer they asked me to pay $6000/month for some scam they are trying to pull. I also informed her if they did not take my number off their call list I would be taking legal action or showing up to their physical location to sort things out. She promptly said she would take my number off their list. We shall see what happens next. This place is a fraud and I cannot believe they actually have a physical location. Anyways, here it is if anyone else would like to contact them directly or in person to end this madness of scams and lies: [redacted] XXXXX Phone: (XXX) XXX-XXXX Fax: (XXX) XXX-XXXX. This is my personal phone line and I don't have time to deal with this fraud on a daily basis.

Erica and the team at aliant are the best. Great rates and great customer service. They are professional and friendly and handled everything in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

Aliant is the best processor I have come across in quite some time. Nowadays most processors consider their clients as just another number. Aliant makes it so simple to not only get you started, but if I ever have an issue they are a phone call away.
