I have [redacted] having charging problem with my motocycle I take my bike to him to fix it he I hade the my bike 5 month I pay $1100 dollar I still have the say problem now I have take bike to another shop to fix this problem.Product_Or_Service: motorcyleDesired Settlementfor he to for all the part that I have to pay labor now it cost me $500 nowBusiness Response The customer brought his motorcycle to us with multiple problems. It was overheating and was not charging. We replaced both the stator and the regulator to fix the charging problem...which it did. Also it needed a new head gasket to fix the overheating issue. The customer ordered his own head gasket which we had to wait on. When the motorcycle FINALLY left in the middle of March all of these issues were fixed. This customer was given an estimate when he dropped it off and agreed on the price, however we had to give him a couple of months to make small payments in order for him to pay off the work that was done. It was running and charging without overheating when it was picked up in March. The customer did not call us back with any problems until June!
