I have used Xpert Flood Control twice and they were fantastic We had flooding twice in the two years that we owned the house the previous owner did not disclose the flooding and litigation is too expensive We installed the flood control first and that took care of the major issue I do have to say that scheduling is not the best and had to reschedule several times However the work is top notch
We then found out that we had major seepage We then installed drain tile Patrick the owner oversees all projects and they are very accommodating They want your business and will do most anything to get it while providing quality work We received quotes from other companies however this company seemed to be the most friendly Cost of projects were better than most I espcieally liked that Patrick came to each site after the work was finished and showed us what happens and what to expect in the future All work was all inclusive Permaseal wanted to charge for everything costing more than thousand
