Cyclone Auto Seat Cover Co Inc

Review: Cyclone was contracted to re-upholster in a custom designed fashion the seats for a valuable [redacted] which was being restored. The design was discussed and the job was contracted. The seat were completed and they were paid in full. At that [redacted]e they were told that the car wasn't ready for interior but that we could pick up the seats. They said that they could store them until the car was ready. The Owner, [redacted] said to let him know when they would be ready and we could come and get them. In June of this year we told him the car was ready, he said he would get them out of his storage facility. Weeks went by and we didn't hear from him. We called again. He said that he had to arrange with his[redacted] to go out to get them as they were at his previous residence where[redacted] still lived. More weeks went by with no call from [redacted]. Then, he said that they were gone, perhaps his** sold or destroyed them. We told him to replace them, find replacements and cover them the same as the originals. Since that [redacted]e we have not heard from him. We contacted him again and told him that we had located another set of[redacted] interiors in [redacted] and that we needed him to pay for them and we would go get them and deliver them to him to cover. He never would pay for them. So I am buying the seats myself for over $[redacted] and am also buying new after market covers and paying to have them relaxed and recovered. My additional expense is about $[redacted] again! I'm very disappointed that a business would react this way, with a complete lack of responsibility.Desired Settlement: This business has had 5 months to make this right and have not even tried. At this point there is no other recourse since I have had to repurchase the seats and all material and contract the work elsewhere. They had 1st chance to just find replacement seats and do the work. I know that they could have saved over my retail costs, but they completely ignored the situation. I have no other solution if this doesn't work but to contact an attorney and sue and to report them to the State Attorney General for business theft. I really don't want to cause them any trouble, I just want to be made whole on my loss at their negligence.
