Hi , my Name is Jeremy I bought some tires from a business (Cyclone Auto & Tire) on *** that that my girlfriend referred me too buy four used tires (285/45/22) for $*** for my *** Four door Crew Cab *** , when we made the deal I looked over the tires and they all seemed okay until I was able to buy brand new ones but when they took my old tires off of the rim 3 of the 4 tires were messed up. 1 had 5 pin holes , 1 had 5 patches and 1 would not seal on the side wall of the tire, and when he removed them and put the tires that I purchased on they put a scratch all the way to the alloy wheel my wheels are painted and are priced brand new from *** for $***.To re-dip my wheel it costs $*** to do all four of them, $*** per wheel. When I let *** Know that they damaged all four of my wheels when his employee, Named (***), put a scratch all the way around the wheel to the rim and it took the paint off. The 3 out of the four tires he gave me were bad. *** said he would get ahold of his insurance and get back with me and never did. Then when I finally got ahold of him he said his insurance were not gonna replace or pay for the damage and headache that they have caused me ..

Repair The Desired Resolution that I would like would be is to pay me $*** to have my Wheels re-dipped and $*** for the tires that was not able to be used and that are trash or that will not hold air...
Good afternoon. I am writing in response to Jeremey *** complaint. On ***, Mr. came into Cyclone Auto & Tire LLC to purchase used tires. After finding the correct size tires (285/45/22) Mr. looked over the tires and told us they looked good and to put them on his ***. It is our policy that used tires are sold as is and our shop is clearly marked to that effect. Mr. looked his vehicle over and stated that he was very happy with the tires and left.
The following day Mr. came into the shop and stated that (2) of the tires we sold him went flat and he had to stop and buy (2) new tires and that we scratched 3 of his wheels and asked what I was going to do about it. I informed Mr. that he should have brought the vehicle back to us and we would have repaired the tires if they were bad. I offered to have the three wheels that he said we scratched repaired even though he took the vehicle to a different shop and had new tires put on and I had no way of knowing if the wheels were scratched by us or someone else. I called a body shop and was told that it would be $*** per wheel to have them repaired. Mr. informed me that all 4 wheels would need to be dipped to make them look right and that he was told it would be $*** per wheel. Mr. informed me that I need to pay for the cost of his tires because if I hadn't sold him bad tires he wouldn't have to buy new ones. I informed him that my wife took care of the office and insurance and that she was out recovering from surgery.
After calling me several times everyday Mr. called and stated I should just give him $*** cash and that way it wouldn't have to go through my insurance. I advised Mr. that I wasn't going to do that and he would have to wait for my wife to return. During this time I spoke with a few other tire shops about the incident and was told that it happens all the time and that I was in the right and to call my attorney. After talking to my attorney I was informed not to pay him anything and if necessary we would handle it through the courts.
It is my policy to correct any problems that may arise but I can not warranty work if it has been taken to a different shop and had work done then returned to me.
