I was aware of that and informed management due to my medical emergency that I needed to leave the car there and they told me they would inform the tow company should somebody come byI personally called the # listed on the board to inform the tow company as well and there was no answer, by that time I had already arrived back to my vehicle to see it was missing

cyclone city inc tows vehicles for ***s that are left in the parking lot unauthorized ***s management have hour cameras when they see a person leave the vehicle in the parking lot and
leave the property they call cyclone city inc to have the vehicle removed from there property cyclone city inc is only doing there job and that is to remove unauthorized vehicles out of the ***s parking lot

cyclone city inc is contracted by *** when mgmt calls cyclone city to tow your vehicle it is because they have seen you leave the premises without taking your vehicle The lot is private property and signs are posted by law, cyclone city is only doing their job

My car was towed 10-15 minutes after I walked in to [redacted]s. I have 2 receipts for the time I was there. You can not tow someones car that made purchases from the restaurant.

This company scanned my debit card and then used it fraudulantly to make personal purchases on my account. If you ever get your vehicle towed by them DO NOT use a credit or debit card to pay!

Review: My car was towed from [redacted]'s parking lot within 10-15 min of me being there. As I came out my car was gone and towed 10 blocks away. I have 2 receipts from [redacted]s to prove that it was illegal for them to tow my car. When I came to get my car it was a small lot in a private house with a locked gate. There was no office or anything, it didnt even look like a legitimate business and then the guy in a tow truck showed up and said he would not open the gate until I paid him $136.00. There is no reason for the tow specified on the receipt that he provided me with. It literally feels like I was robbed.Desired Settlement: I want them to return the $136.00 that I was charged.
