We told him that was because the camera itself got damagedHe asked us to fix it for free as its under the days warrantyWe explained to him, we can't warranty the any other parts not from our repairs, as the warranty policy on the invoice saysWe told him we can remove the protect glass to show him that's the camera's issue, but not my glassHe need to pay the labour if the camera still has the same problem after removing the glass** *** ** *** *** ** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** Later, he agreed with the $labour, then I told him the glass will be broken after the removing, as the small glass glued on the back cover of the phone*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** We couldn't work, and worried about costumers and our safetySo we asked them going outside the storeThey refused and kept stayingSo we called and the left later. There was no any dusty on or inside the lens he said.We never asked him to pay if the glass breaks, as we didnt want to service him again, just wanted to show him that's not the glass issueWe never say we won't honor our warranty, just told him this can't be covers by the warranty policyWe told them they can sue us if they felt unfairWe never yelled them, but they did. *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ** *** *** *** *** *** ** ** ***

I am rejecting this response because:Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] The front screen had a Crack from before when we got the camera lens fixed. The reason we only fixed the back and camera lens was because the front screen fix was too expensive so we only fixed the back. It [redacted] nothing to do with the camera lens. There is no problem with the camera, the problem is with the lens. It was left dirty from inside. It is clearly visible. He backed off his warranty even before taking a look at the problem. He just refused before seeing what we are taking about. It does not matter if we came back after a month that or two.. he still has to honor his warranty  even on 89th day. [redacted]  He shouted at us right from when we told him that we have warranty.. he just refused to honor it and said I will not do so we can sue him if we want. It makes no sense asince it is after sales service that he is bound to and now he just refused it. On top of it he asked us for 20 dollars to fix the lens again. We even agreed to pay that and he later changed his statement again and asked for more money to fix it. [redacted].. that's when we got angry and argued to himake on the same. He can't ask for money again. We confirmed from [redacted],  few other phone technicians and everyone said the problem is because of the  dirty lens which  can be seen with naked eyes. The picture reflects a bit of light due to the dirty lens.  Ive attached the picture of the lens and the docs that says 90 days warranty.   Sincerely,[redacted]
