I ordered a pair of shoes labeled Factory Stock in size 39. Since I have 3 pair of shoes from this company in size 39 and all fit perfectly (even a bit loosely), I wasn't overly concerned about the warning that these are Final Sale.
However....
The shoes I received on 1/27/2020 are marked 39, but they are far too small. I believe they were not marked or advertised correctly. They are 3/4" smaller lengthwise and 1/2" smaller wider than my other pairs of Cydwoqs in size 39. (One of those pairs was purchased earlier this month from an independent vendor, and have been worn twice so are not in any way stretched out. I measured sole-to-sole.)
I've attempted to contact the company via [email protected], and there has been no response. I paid $189 for these shoes. They don't fit and are worthless to me.

Billing Adjustment In my email to the company, I proposed that I'll send the shoes back at my own expense and absorb their 20% restocking fee. I also proposed that if a refund isn't possible, I would consider a store credit. I would like Revdex.com to expedite and find a reasonable solution to a purchase and product that was clearly not as advertised. Thank you.
As of 2/15/20 all was settled with this case. The recipient was not receiving any of my emails, which were all sent in a timely manner.
We did work out a solution on 2/15/2020.
Please ask for the email chain if you'd like it. I had to use my personal email, instead of my work email because the work email was being sent, but the recipient said she did not receive any of them.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Business's first email was not received. Subsequent emails were. After corresponding, we agreed on a suitable solution, so the matter is resolved.
