I placed an order with Schwans because they has a promotion. The promotion was to get 20% off an order of $100 or more. My order came to more than $100 but when the driver delivered my order he didn't have one of the items that I had ordered. That made my order come to $99. because of that I only got 10% off. I called them and they wouldn't do anything about it. Just it's too bad. AWFUL customer service. They don't care one bit about their customers.

I recently purchased a ham from this company, Was dissatisfied with it. Contacted the company and was told they would refund the money from the company. Which they didn't carry thur with. I tried to contact them and only get the run around with them. The reference number is

I made a purchase online order # ***. Upon receipt of my order I discovered the chicken and potatoes weee spilled all over the container. I called to receive a replacement or refund for the items and was told a refund would be processed within two to three days for the damaged items. The refund never occurred.

I received my order on 1/08/18 and gave the delivery driver my credit card, later to find out they charged my bank card putting my checking account to overdraft. I did NOT authorize them to charge my bank card and have been told by the schwans representatives they should not have my card information saved because I pay at the door. The schwans representatives told me I have to get ahold of the accounting dept. I attempted to get ahold of them numerous times left numerous messages and got no calls back. Today 1/17/18 I finally got through to someone( Emily) and she asked what the last four digits of the card were I gave to driver and explained my check went in bank and my acct is not delinquent nymore. I want my reinbursment for the overdraft they are liable for. I gave my delivery driver my credit card and he swiped it so how was my bank card chrged? They still can not answer the question. Emily informed me they will need my bank statement in order to pay the fee they aquied. I told her I am not giving my bank acct information out to anyone! I told her to reinbursment my card $35 or $35 in rewards. She said not unless they have my bank statement

MY PROBLEM IS THE FACT THAT I HAVE ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS ATTEMPTED TO RETRIEVE MY MONEY THAT IS DUE TO ME FOR AN ORDER THAT WAS DELIVERED TO MY HOME AND LEFT OUTSIDE MY DOOR OVERNIGHT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I DID NOT REQUEST IT TO BE LEFT OUTSIDE. I AM AT A LOSS OF AN ORDER TOTALING $118.42. I CALLED THE NEXT DAY WHEN I OPENED MY DOOR TO FIND A BAG FULL OF MELTED MESS. I HAVE BEEN CALLING EMAILING SPOKEN TO DRIVERS TRYING TO GET THRU TO ANYONE AT ALL TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER 9 MONTHS AND I HAVE NOWHERE ELSE TO TURN. I WANT MY MONEY BACK WITH INTEREST FOR NINE TEN ELEVEN TWELVE, HOW EVER MANY MONTHS IT WILL TAKE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. ALSO MY FOOD BACK FOR ALL OF THE HASSLE I HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH . LOYALTY IS SOMETHING I NEVER THOUGHT WOULD BE AN ISSUE WITH THIS COMPANY. 16-17 YEAR OLD CUSTOMER WITH NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. NOW THIS. IT IS JUST INCREDIBLE THE WAY I HAVE BEEN TREATED. I HAVE SEVERAL EMAILS TO SO MANY DIFFERENT PEOPLE. SOME THEY SAY SOMEONE WILL BE CONTACTING ME TO RESOLVE THIS SOME THEY DO NOT REPLY TO AT ALL. I WOULD BE MORE THAN WILLING TO FORWARD THEM TO WHOMEVER WOULD BE INTERESTED. AS I SAID I HAVE 8 MONTHS WORTH NOT INCLUDING THE PHONE CALLS AND IN PERSON WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT DRIVERS.

I was placing an order with Schwan's online when I noticed the delivery date would not match my needs. There is an option to have Schwan's contact you about another delievery time. I was not contacted. I then emailed customer serviced and explained my situation, and that I was not contacted. I got an email saying my communication was received and someone would be getting back to me. They never did. I then called in to Schwan's customer service as spoke to a manager and explained everything that had happened. He offered me $10 off my next order since I told him I was willing to give Schwan's another try. I then called Schwan's to place an order, using my discount, and explained that I would not be home during their regular delivery time. The customer service rep took my information and said my local Schwan's would call to set up the time. They didn't. I called customer service back and the rep said some of my information needed to be updated and that they would be contacting me. Again, they never did. I have tried SEVERAL times via multiple methods to have my issue resolved, and each time Schwan's has failed to keep their word and deliver on their promises. I was patient the first time, polite to the supervisor, and even said I would give them another chance before he game me the $10 discount. This is now beyond unacceptable.
