This is company never does what it says it is going to do I called on a Monday was told by Paul " [redacted] " I called twice on Wednesday to confirm they were still going to be delivering at my home and as late as 4:Paul said " [redacted] " We left for a hour trip at 4:when we returned on Friday, no delivery had been made When I called Paul said " [redacted] *** I tried to explain that he confirmed twice on Wednesday that I would get a the delivery on Wednesday but he kept focusing on their trip here on Thursday Here is one week later and still no delivery and when I called this morning, it was as it was the first time he ever heard from me I am going to be looking for a new propane delivery company and would never recommend this company to anyone

We did apologize to [redacted] and told her we attempted to make the delivery on 3/ [redacted] but we where unable to access her home due to, she shares a a parking lot with a commercial building and the parking lot was full, which made it impossible to make the delivery to her, we came the next day and gave her a discount for her inconvenienceWe due sincerely appologize and hope it never happens again

In response to *** complaint, The Customer received a delivery years ago which took him months to pay without paying the late fees, he called us last week to discontinue service because he became a COD customerHe told us he wanted credit for one full tank that was
thereWe explained to him that he uses one tank a year and its been two years since he had a delivery. When we picked up the two tanks there was less than a gallon in the one tank and we explained to him there is no credit for unused gas which is on every delivery ticket he received. We are sorry for his confusion and wish him well

It's surprising how this business survives:
Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company. After dealing with this company for several years I have had enough. I had to call 5 days in advance in order to have fuel delivered. They will lie to you everyday and say "your scheduled for delivery today" and it will be [redacted] The supervisor "Paul" will also lie and do the same.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

This company has not provided proof of the amount of Propane left in the tank. The timing of my last delivery has no relevance to the matter. In fact, it was impossible to have a delivery due to lack of response when calls are placed, therefore I changed providers who are able to maintain approriate service levels. I will have very little confidence in a report provided. Buyer beware.

Review: This company provided propane tanks to my residence for a few years. When the service and response time degraded to a point where I could not get deliveries, I asked that this company pick up two propane tanks. Upon delivery of the tanks and for refills, as a customer, you are billed shortly after delivery. When they pick them up they are supposed to return a check in the amount of the unused propane. this company refuses to do this citing that the propane is 2 years old. I have talked to a number of people and propane companies and they all say that propane does not "expire". I see them reselling the remaining propane and profiting twice.Desired Settlement: I am looking to receive a refund check for the unused propane as well as a signed avidivit from the owner with how much propane was in the tanks. One was near full and I want to see if their scales are off.

In response to [redacted] complaint, The Customer received a delivery 2 years ago which took him 5 months to pay without paying the late fees, he called us last week to discontinue service because he became a COD customer. Review: We been customer for few years during the past year [redacted] keep offering a deal to pay only $185 for gas. We finally decide to do in Sept 2013 but we kept getting bills that are payment was late because the full amount wasn't paid we run out of gas on Thursday Dec.[redacted] paid 600.00 on Friday Dec.[redacted] was told me he couldn't give us gas until Monday Dec [redacted] I told him we couldn't until then because heat, hot water and stove depend on that. he was like I'll see what I can do and give you a call in 10mintues. I never got a call 2 hours I called back [redacted] was no longer there I spoke with [redacted] and hung up the phone on making it seem like he didn't care. My mom went to the store today and they said we need to pay an extra 400.00 in order for them to put gas on Monday. If we owe them I understand we need to pay but under the agreement that was made he said we only needed to pay 185 a month now he over charging and doesn't want to come put gas saying they don't delivery on Sat which is a lie because they have in the past. Now we have no heat until they decide to come but gas within two day I paid them 1,000 and no gas. They most concern I have is that we have a newborn child at home that just came from the hospital and 3 more kids age 2-6 I don't think is right that company can be allow to do something like this

In regards to your complaint to the Revdex.com, I would like to inform you as to what has taken place. Because of your continued account delinquency, you were given the opportunity to be on a budget, paying $185 on the first of every month, beginning in July 2013. The following month, you made a late and incomplete payment of $175. You did not pay September, resumed October's payment, then failed to pay November and December. On Friday, December [redacted] you called when you ran out of gas. At that time, your account was delinquent in the amount of $1,250.00. You agreed to pay $600 and we delivered to you on Saturday. Your mother has since come to my office, with the misconception that the bills were being paid. That is something you two need to discuss; I have just given her the facts. You have been given every opportunity that I can afford, but you have done nothing but abuse your account and, in the process, my business. You are now, and will remain, a COD customer with a current balance of $667.96.

On Saturday we smelled gas fumes indicating a low gas level. We called right away and were told someone would try to come before the end of the day. No one showed. Being Sunday we waited it out and while cooking dinner that night lost the propane altogether. We called first thing Monday morning again they said someone would be thee that day. No one came. Called again on Tuesday and were told 3 times in the course of the day we were on the list and someone would be there. Again no show. Wednesday we called another company and they plan to install on Friday. Today is Thursday and Cylinder Express still hasn't shown or called us back. What a batched up business.

Review: Worst service ever! Called Cylinder Express for a propane delivery on 11/**/2015 and was assured that it would be here that day. Here it is 11/**/2015 and I'm still waiting. Had to cancel my Thanksgiving dinner. Ironically, the delivery man is the owner.Desired Settlement: Delivery of Order Responsibility to their customers, especially loyal ones like myself.

[redacted] called our office on 11/**/15 and requested a gas delivery. During that conversation we established that [redacted] was not in our database as a customer. After that conversation we still sent a technician to [redacted]'s home to further investigate and reinforce our belief that in fact he never was a customer and that we never made a delivery to that location under [redacted]'s name or any other occupant at that location. We have no problem in helping him obtain gas for his home. While the technician was there he discovered that the home had a ruptured oil tank and contaminated the property. Once [redacted] has addressed the oil tank incident and rectifies that situation, we will be glad to set up a date for an inspection and possible install for [redacted].

In response to [redacted]'s complaint, we visited him three times at his residence to get a copy of his receipt and his response was ("it was over 6 years ago I don't know where it is, and he said he thinks someone else made the delivery, he thought it was us but was mistaken) We never made a delivery there so we looked at the equipment on the side of his residence to see if there was any company name on it but there was none. We told him if he needs us to help him we will.

Although he was NOT here three times and did not actually offer his "help", I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is partially satisfactory to me. The matte has not been resolved, but I have had a delivery from another company.
