We were so pleased with this company and their services that when we moved from Kennesaw GA to Texas we made sure to find a way to stay in touch. We’re excited to start booking more often for date nights again.

Blessed to have found this agency at the last minute. Our babysitter was hands on and interacted with our boys very well. She helped clean after them and even offered to get dinner prepped for me. I will be booking services again soon. Thank you so much!

This company will work you and not pay you and then take you off the schedule. I've worked for this company 2 weeks and they have not paid me full pay yet. They are a scam

Pleasant, very much needed service. Pricing is a little over budget for me for full time needs although I can understand why since they offer a lot that most other placement companies don't but I will use them for date nights.

Inquired about a potential nanny for my twins and was delighted to have learned so much from this company's management. We have been looking for something like this for quite some time. I was moved to write this review after learning the steps taken by the company when vetting their nannies. I must say this is one of the few company's I have heard take necessary precautions and carefully hand select their staff. That alone was enough to earn my trust even my husband's.

I worked for this company when they first started. Glad to see it has come so far. Very different model of service and the owner cares about the clients.

This company has exceeded all of my expectations when it comes to childcare services and customer service. Im a full Time stay at home mother of 4. This company has been perfect for those days when I just need a break and when my husband and I want to step out for the evening. The staff treats you with such a high level of attention and respect unlike some places I've dealt with whom have made my family feel like a burden. Thank you Cynthia for crafting an organization that actually holds up to its standards. I pray your efforts continue to bring many more blessings.

We've enjoyed services provided by Cyn's Play Place. Such a high level of attention has been paid when organizing this program. My concerns as a first time mom were met with assurance and til this day I have the privilege of having this agency in my pocket any time.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. If I could give them no stars, I would.

I want to start by saying that Evelin has been a very welcomed addition to our home which makes writing this extremely difficult.

I received a call from Victoria today, just a WEEK before my birthday and the holidays to tell us that after just 3 months of using your services, that our child care rate would DOUBLE in less than 3 weeks. Not increase by x%, but literally double, putting me and my family out of child care. Not only does that give us very little time to find an adequate replacement, you would also be putting Evelin out of work just before Christmas. I believe that is extremely unprofessional. Your first priority should be your relationship with your staff and your families, you have damaged ours. When we decided to move forward with your agency, we did so for a few reasons. I am going to list those reasons below:

Since starting with your agency in September, we feel that the level of compassion *** professionalism we received from Cyn is not being followed through by Victoria. We were approached by Cyn to discuss child care when she had noted I post I made in regards to a child care search. We spoke back and forth about our needs in regards to scheduling and pricing. This is when Cyn, not myself, approached me with our current rate of pay. We did not bring her this number. This rate was provided by the Agency's owner. We agreed to move forward with the agency as long as the interviews went well. This is when we met Evelin.

During the interview process, Evelin alerted us to the fact that if selected, she would be needing 3 weeks of time off in November for her honeymoon as she was recently married. Prior to deciding to move forward, we asked Cyn if the agency would be able to provide back up care during that time. I was assured that this would not be an issue. So, we decided to move forward with both Evelin and the agency. Evelin started September 16th. About 2 weeks prior to her vacation, I reached out to the agency to remind them that Evelin was about to leave for vacation as we had not heard anything in regards to interviews. As that time went by, no interviews took place. Communication was very poor. We would be told we would have interviews on X day, that day would come and we would have no Information. They never did provide back up care despite the fact that we were reassured and even guaranteed that we would have back up care. This was the first issue with the agency. We moved forward only because the level of service we have received from Evelin has been amazing. We absolutely love her.

Today, we decided to call Evelin to discuss the rate increase as we had a feeling the agency had not been communicating with her either. We also wanted to let her know that if they increased the rate, and we would be forced to let her go, it was not due to her service. I do not lie when I say I had cried trying to explain this to her as next week would have to be her last week with us if this was the case. This is when we found out that Evelin has not been paid for her work for the last two weeks, despite the fact that the agency has continued to collect our payments during that time. She still came to work and I absolutely applaud her for this. I can not say I would have done the same. We also discovered that the agency has been late to pay her during each pay cycle. Not only is this unprofessional, its ILLEGAL. I work in payroll and if I failed to pay someone, I would be held legally responsible.

At this point, our interactions have left us with such a poor taste in our mouth that even if we could come to a resolution on rates, I am not sure we would move forward. This is not how a business is run. These practices are shady and if you are doing this to my family, I wonder how many other families you have done this to as well.

I sincerely hope that this allows you to do some self reflection and hopefully amend your business practices going forward
