Cyndi's Floors N More

Used for a carpet repair. Work was done on a Tuesday (repairman was great), I asked for a bill but he said he needed to talk to Cyndi and she would be in touch. Thursday I received a voicemail asking to call them back, Thursday Cyndi SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE accusing me of avoiding her calls and paying her. I NEVER received a bill. When I explained I had four small children and we're busy preparing to sell our house and I was going to call her back, she responded that she has children too and "how long does it take to call me back?" She was rude, unprofessional, never sent me a bill or provided me with a receipt, and never should have shown up at my house the day after she called me.
