Fire Ladder part of services paid for. Never received. Numerous phone calls and e-mails not returned or unanswered. 800 # offers vacation pkgs. This is a scam. Which we paid for in full to the tune of $4538.00. A legitimate business would return calls without phony vacation offers or *** gift cards.
We have in fact reached out to the *** multiple times prior to this complaint. We have called all available numbers MULTIPLE times, left messages and even text and email. No messages have been returned.
The fire ladder is on back order until October
The fire ladder is not part of their package. They did NOT pay for it and it was given as a complimentary gift from *** and will be paid for by him as well.
We find it puzzling this complaint was filed amid multiple attempts by representatives our our company to inform them of the situation. No calls were ever picked up or returned. We have left messages and sent texts. We have made multiple efforts by multiple people to contact this customer.
At the moment we are awaiting a reply.
I can and will provide evidence of our multiple attempts to reach the ***.

I am rejecting this response because:
I did not receive phone calls until the complaint was made. Now we are told the escape ladder was complimentary and the manufacturer is no longer supplying this item. Neither me nor my wife were ever told the ladder was on back order and no date for a shipment nor that it was complimentary. *** told us he was "throwing" in the ladder because we paid in full that evening. *** excuses the *** offering vacation pkgs as an old number no longer used. However, the number is listed on the Sales Order. In addition, the *** number is not answered. A message says "we will return your call in 24hrs." I can provide my phone logs to show we received no return calls until Sunday 9/2/18 from ***. Nor did we receive return e-mails. The escape ladder was our primary purpose for agreeing to the goods listed on the sales order.
I am requesting an itemized statement listing items we paid for, unit cost, as well as what items Champion Safety considers "complimentary". Also, if necessary, I will fax or e-mail a copy of the Sales Order dated 8/22/18.
We have no quarrel with the product. We do, however, find fault with the lack of customer service regarding questions and complaints.

We received service from Champion Safety last month and couldn't be more pleased. We bought fire alarms 3 years ago and increased the number that we had last month. The service was excellent, he cleaned up and didn't leave a mess and completely explained the system to us. And when we had questions, he was always quick to return calls and answer our questions. We would recommend him to anyone that needs his service.
Sales representative came to house, misled my disabled mother and significant other, into feeling scared and worried. The representative used made up stories, and lies to get others to feel bad for him, and then claimed his boss didn't keep him paid properly. On payments, you don't even deal directly with the company, and for the second time now the person that you do talk to is very foul mouthed and derogatory. They treated both my mother and significant other. The sales rep also asked for a letter of recommendation as me and my significant other are volunteer firefighters.
