I purchased a laptop on febuary 6th. have had several problems with it, I went to return it as the policy states and they refused to give me a refund
I have tried several times, starting the day after I purchased it to get a refund and everytime have refused to let me do the return, making up policy's as they think of them, that are not in the return policy. I had my mother call to find out the whole policy, mind you I already had the policy sheet, and they told her the same thing that is on the sheet, that I can return it as long as its within the 14 days of me purchasing it. it has been nothing but a hassle, I have wasted several hours of my time, discussing and trying to handle this with no further action, have made countless trips to their store, have been told I would be able to speak with the owner regarding this situation, and have been denied on all counts. I have phone records showing how many times ive called for each time its also indicated the duration of the call ive also documented who I have spoken with on each occasion. we went to the shop to try and compromise with them on tuesday evening(which is febuary the 12th) and was explicitly told by "[redacted]" we would be able to get a refund, because it was going by their return policy, but "[redacted]" the owner is the only one who can authorize it(meaning he had to sign the check because of the amount of the check)
I purchased the [redacted](2011 model) on Febuary 6th at 5:19pm for $1300 even, from the employee named "[redacted]" the model number for the laptop is- [redacted] it is a 11inch LED-backlit widescreen notebook. my sales order number is [redacted]. some of the problems im having with the computer besides that fact that im unsatisfied with the computer, which is what I have told them since the day after I got it and they originally denied my refund is; when you go to charge the laptop it doesnt always want to charge even if you have it correctly plugged in, plus when I first got it no one could provide the password for the computer, went to call [redacted] and since the computer was never registered it would cost me an extra $100 just to get the [redacted] for 3months before they could even help me. I dont like how the system operates, I am just completly unsatisfied with it, and alls I have asked for is to return it the following day, I am filing this complaint and have only had this literally 7days, not even the full return time period I have which is stated in their return policy, I wish they would just honor their return policy and maybe a little better communication since the owner has refused to speak 1 word to me. everytime he has one of his employees relay his message or just completly ignores them
