In response to the letter we received from Revdex.com dated July 25, 2016.Mr [redacted] had his own mechanic diagnose the problems with his truck after purchasing it from usWe followed his mechanic's advice and found out he was incorrectThat prompted [redacted] to complain we should not take the advice of outside mechanics even though he was confident HIS mechanic knew the problemMr [redacted] reported transmission trouble 11,miles after he purchased the truckA transmission is a sealed item and it fails when it wants toWe are in a business selling "hard-to-find" desirable diesel trucksThe lending guide, which is Kelly blue book, is much lower than the market value within this market segmentIt is common knowledge in our industry that this situation existsAll pre-owned dealerships have the right to remove equipment from their vehicles before re-selling themMr [redacted] 's comments regarding this issue are senselessOnce we obtain a vehicle for sale it is the choice of the dealership to remove shells, hitches, etcAs far as requesting cash instead of a check: this is another decision the dealership has the right to ask forWhen receiving a check , business' still have to wait for it to clear and are subject to a stop paymentOur society has decayed to the point where not accepting checks is modern day policiesProblems do arise in the used car businessThese vehicles are not brand new or perfectCypress auto center has been in business years and has hundreds of satisfied customersAs a small family owned business, we rely on word-of-mouth and referral businessOur full-service shop prides itself in the condition these used trucks become before they are offered for saleMr [redacted] states he took his truck to the Dodge dealer but then says nothing of what they saidHe simply goes into a rant about our dealership having no regards for safetyWhat did Dodge say? Never-the-less, [redacted] suggests we don't take any other shop's advice anywayWe made a concerted effort to remedy Mr [redacted] 's problems and spent a large amount of time and money at no-charge to him after the saleWe can provide a detailed list of our after-the-sale work if needed Our service department offered to repair the new problem's at our internal costThis is a courtesy we extend to our customer baseOur price was less than half of what the dodge dealer chargedTo be noted; Mr [redacted] has made accusations of other companies on social mediaOne of our vendors -AAA dent removal- was not readily available to work on [redacted] 's truck therefore; [redacted] writes a accusation about having an appointment when there was no appointmentPeople like this are dangerous for our commerceMr [redacted] appears to be a habitual complainerThere are numerous complaints on his website where he states twice how rotten casinos are simply because he lost money at both placesSeems rather childish! Complaints range from landscaping companies, tax business, jiffy lube etcetcHe has been hard to get a hold of and rude to most of the employeesOccasionally we receive an exaggerated complaint like thisWe realize some customers are NEVER happy regardless what you do to help themWe are grateful that there are only a few who do this

I am rejecting this response because: statements made by Cypress are not correctI Do not pull heavy loads nor did I put 10,miles on the truck when the transmission light came on I have proof of that from another shop, I feel cypress should be condemned and put out of business due to the fact they do not know what they are doingWhile my truck was in their shop shortly after purchase the rear calipers were freeze up and breaks should not be at bear metal completely gone even if there was 10,miles put on the brakes which there was notI think [redacted] and his shop are living in fantasy land and think they can get away with screwing the customer times at a shop is absolutely absurd and obtuseThey know the transmission was bad all along and tried to stall and cover it upI am out thousands of dollars thanks to them they tried to charge me $for something that already should have been taken care of in the first place, there warranty is Garbage just like their shop 10,miles warranty they need to stop hiring managers and technicians from Walmart and hire someone who knows what the hell they are doing, furthermore my business outside of theirs is none of their business and will take proper legal steps to recover my money from the lemon that they sold metimes at a shop is absolutely obsurd maybe they were going for a world record on times in a shopI don't know how [redacted] sleeps at night taking advantage of honest working people
