Cypress Carpet Cleaning

Review: DISHONEST! I was quoted $60-$90 to clean one bedroom carpet. I called on behalf of a friend who is a senior citizen with severe dementia. I told [redacted], who took my order, to have the technician/driver call me with the exact amount required to do the job. [redacted] assured me the driver would call me before starting the job. I did not receive a call. I called my friend/customer who said "I already paid the requested amount of $208.00 before the work was started". I called the company mgr., [redacted], and she said "the customer agreed to the $208.00 and we will not adjust the charge to the quoted amount". This company did not call me as promised and overcharged my friend who is an "easy target" because of her old age and dementia. I will be advising the Revdex.com. I advise you NOT to use this dishonest company who took advantage of an elder/indefensible nice lady!Desired Settlement: $208.00 minus $60.00 = $148.00 credit to credit card.
