Cypress Gardens

On 01/26/ [redacted] called in about her icemaker and we replaced it on 01/27/03/16/a leak from the upstairs neighbor AC unit flooded her carpet We replaced the pad and cleaned her carpets for this 03/21/ Shower knob is hard to pull up and maintenance came over that day and found nothing wrong with the knob 04/08/bathroom fan not working and windows wont stay open, so maintenance ordered an exhaust fan and oiled windowsCaulked toilet and tub to please the resident as well [redacted] has had several maintenance request since she moved in, but we have been diligent in trying to take care of her concerns [redacted] also will not let us enter if she isn't home, so it may take a day longer to complete her request I have also offered to release her from her contract, but I will not refund any monies In April [redacted] received a $credit for all her inconvenience

The dyer was taken out of her unit on 11/04/2014 due to the dryer fire and a new one was ordered and received on 11/14/2014. The office staff cant entered her unit due to her dog being aggressive and [redacted] has to be home for us to enter her unit. We received no emails or calls... from [redacted] until 11/17/2014 and we immediately made arrangements to enter unit #302 on thursday 11/20/2014 to install the new washer and dryer. Cypress Gardens at this time will not be releasing Johanna from her lease contract and we hope that she will continue to live here. Thank You, [redacted] Property Manager

I have no records of a [redacted] living at Cypress Gardens Apartments [redacted] said he moved out in 12/31/and Northland Management didnt take the property over tilll I have called the collection agency and spoke with [redacted] who said it would be removed off [redacted] credit If any further assistance is needed please feel free to contact me at [redacted] .Thank You, [redacted]

Caulked toilet and tub to please the resident as well.  [redacted] has had several maintenance request since she moved in, but we have been diligent in trying to take care of her concerns.   [redacted] also will not let us enter if she isn't home, so it may take a day longer to complete her request.  I have also offered to release her from her contract, but I will not refund any monies.   In April [redacted] received a $100 credit for all her inconvenience.
