This agency are the WORST!!! They lie about where they can provide services telling you they can provide a caregiver for you. Then they tell you they have no one to fit your needs. The truth is they just won't work with you unless you're private pay. They say they have hundreds of caregivers on their staff, then when it comes time for you to get assistance, they say they can't help you. BUYER BEWARE!!! I've heard horror stories about their caregivers as well! Work with them at your own risk.
