Cypress King

Review: We purchased 30 Leyland Cypress trees from Cypress King on 9/11/14. Watered them according to instructions and all seemed well until the trees started turning brown from the bottom up. All trees were dead by spring of 2015. Contacted Cypress King and they replaced all trees although replacement trees were not as full and tall as the original trees again watering them according to instructions but the new trees are starting to die also. Contacted Cypress King on 8/11/15 and voiced our concern and the need for a refund. Was told they will only replace the trees once and that it is noted on our receipt which it is clearly not. It is written on the receipt that we have a one year guarantee expiring on 9/11/15 and initialed by the owner, Jay Pratt. He told us he drives by our home often and doesn't know why the trees are not doing well in fact, he said we must be doing something to the trees. Why would we sabotage trees we paid $780 for? All other trees and shrubs we have planted ourselves are thriving. We strongly feel the holes were not dug twice as big and deep as the tree [redacted] We have now lost a year in growth and we expect the trees to be removed and a full refund of the $780.Desired Settlement: Remove the trees and provide a full refund of $780.
