When I 1st had contact with this law firm they had a lot to say with promising results. They were in contact with me as far as me providing the correct paperwork. Of course with no guarantee. I believe I started with this firm in May 2013. As of February 2014 they have corresponded with me maybe 5 times total. They are not very good at keeping you informed of what was going on. I called a few previous customers that this law firm had provided before I signed on with them and coincidently one of the past customers had said that this law firm was not very good in the communication department, I guess I didn't let that deter my decision to sign on with this law firm. Little did I know that this lack of communication would upset me the most. I paid a lot of money and feel I didn't get the service or treatment I deserved. I have tried to call the firm lots of times and I always get any answering machine. They are very hard to get a hold of and never returned any of my phone calls. Cypress Law firm was unable to help me get a loan modification. They didn't even call to let me know they couldn't help me. I had to find out the hard way. Service of foreclosure paper yet a 2nd time. Also somehow by having this law firm represent me I now have their address as one of my previous address on my credit report. And I don't even live in Florida. And now I have to provide address verification for future credit. The lack of communication is what upset me the most. Even to this day Cypress Law firm has yet to call me and tell me that they were unable to assist me in getting a loan modification. They claim they would be with me for the whole foreclosure process and they have even bothered to follow up. After all the money I paid and all the trust I put into Cypress Law Firm during my time of need, I at least deserved a call saying Sorry we tried our best but we couldn't help you! I am sure this law firm has helped a lot of people. But you know that no guarantee that they tell you about its for real. I can only hope that somebody else doesn't have this disappointing experience that I have hard during an extremely emotional time.

In fact, the gentleman I spoke with promised me that they would be able to do the loan modification after I provided him some information. I have left numerous calls, had emailed them etc, but you were lucky they responded and when they did, somehow or the other, it was all your fault. Yet, they were real quick to take your money, but was treated like trash. I have tried to call the firm lots of times and I always get any answering machine. The total lack of communication and regard for you and your situation sickens me. To know that they are continuing to get away with this and nothing is being done. They claimed that they would be by my side and would keep me up to date on everything....Well hell, haven't been kept updated on anything and as of today, October 16, 2014, I have yet to hear anything from this firm. If anything, I would like my money back, they didn't do a [redacted] thing for me.....I even contacted the loan company and they had no idea who in the heck they were...nothing ever received by them on my behalf...
