When I had initially contacted this law firm they had a lot to say with promising results In fact, the gentleman I spoke with promised me that they would be able to do the loan modification after I provided him some informationI believe I started with this firm in August of As of today, October they have corresponded with me maybe times totalThey are not very good at keeping you informed of what was going onI have left numerous calls, had emailed them etc, but you were lucky they responded and when they did, somehow or the other, it was all your fault Yet, they were real quick to take your money, but was treated like trashI have tried to call the firm lots of times and I always get any answering machineThey are very hard to get a hold of and never returned any of my phone callsCypress Law firm didn't do crap, never heard whether or not I was provided a modification The total lack of communication and regard for you and your situation sickens me To know that they are continuing to get away with this and nothing is being done They claimed that they would be by my side and would keep me up to date on everything....Well hell, haven't been kept updated on anything and as of today, October 16, 2014, I have yet to hear anything from this firm If anything, I would like my money back, they didn't do a [redacted] thing for me.....I even contacted the loan company and they had no idea who in the heck they were...nothing ever received by them on my behalf
