Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did initially except Med Express's apology, the $credit back to my card, and the assurance that their legal team would make sure Med Express would give discharge instructions that included a return deadline for TB tests and get them to hand-out and provide patients with their practice's most up-dated brochures and informationHowever in their response that this letter is responding to- they stated they had processed the credit to my card for the $and it is now April 18th and I have received no creditI now am wondering if I was just told that so I would just accept their response in order to make them look better on the Revdex.com's behalf and to other patients who may look at their complaints on the Revdex.com website, but they did not intend to actually refund me??? I feel like I should not be still dealing with this issue and having to invest this much effort because of Med Express's mistakesI feel this refund needs to occur within hours and I should again receive a personal apology from Med Express regarding their delay from what I was verbally told by Nicole via the phone conversation on 4/8/and what she stated for their response to the Revdex.comRegards, [redacted]

I arrived at the Kokomo location after I ate lunch with mild stomach cramps that I had been having off and on over the last couple weeks and I was tired of feeling that way so instead of going to the hospital I chose MedExpress and I was hoping I could get a medication that would calm my stomach downInstead DrDAVID BEESON prescribed me a Diarrhea pill called Lomotil after I had told him I didnt have diarrheaI took the pill which I thought was suppose to calm my stomach and three hours after taking the Lomotil I had to admit myself to the Emergency room because my cramps became unbearableThe E.Rprescribed Dicyclomine which is a pill for abdominal cramps and within minutes my symptoms completely went awayWhen I got the follow up call from Med Express the next week I informed their employee that the pill I was prescribed put me in the E.Rand they did not act at all like it was any problem of theirs and just said "Well thank you for choosing Med Express we look forward to serving you again" .After I received my bills I filed a complaint with Med Express and asked if they could help with my E.Rbill which is over two thousand dollars It took almost Three weeks and me calling them today to find out that they feel like the care they provided was appropriate for my symptoms and they will not pay for any of the bills I acquired from my E.RvisitI will never in my life go to or suggest to anyone to trust this facility will provide you with the proper treatmentI am pretty certain the only thing its good for is drug screenings for people on probation since I witnessed more than half a dozen people the day I was there doing just thatHorrible care provided by completely incompetent Physicians

This is to acknowledge receipt of your April 2, 2015, letter regarding the above-referenced matter. Ms. [redacted] was seen at MedExpress on 03/29/15, at 5:30 p.m. for a TB Test. The injection...

was administered and she was advised to return in 48-72 hours to have the results read. Ms. [redacted] returned to MedExpress on 04/01/15, at 7:01 p.m. to have the TB Test read. Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did initially except Med Express's apology, the $30 credit back to my card, and the assurance that their legal team would make sure Med Express would give discharge instructions that included a return deadline for TB tests and get them to hand-out and provide patients with their practice's most up-dated brochures and information. However in their response that this letter is responding to- they stated they had processed the credit to my card for the $30 and it is now April 18th and I have received no credit. I now am wondering if I was just told that so I would just accept their response in order to make them look better on the Revdex.com's behalf and to other patients who may look at their complaints on the Revdex.com website, but they did not intend to actually refund me??? I feel like I should not be still dealing with this issue and having to invest this much effort because of Med Express's mistakes. I feel this refund needs to occur within 24 hours and I should again receive a personal apology from Med Express regarding their delay from what I was verbally told by Nicole via the phone conversation on 4/8/15 and what she stated for their response to the Revdex.com. Regards,[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do agree with Nicole from Med Express that we can consider this matter closed;however, the information she provided in her response was again not correct. She stated in her response I said I received my refund 4/1/15 and that is not correct I was supposed to have received the refund on 4/8/15 and did not receive it until 4/14/15 only after I had to decline the last response and make a credit card dispute with the Med Express charge. I did received yet another apology from Nicole, but I do want to make sure all of the facts are stated correctly for other consumers to be able to review.Sincerely,[redacted]
