Complaint[redacted] Ibought a vehicle from cypress motors on december 12th (2007 [redacted] 130,000km) on the 16th the driverside window would not roll down. and the power seat was very very rough and the transmission made a large "clunk" noise as I was driving to work. a few days later the vehicle would not start. the dealership agreed to pay to have the vehicle towed at their expence and pay for the vehicle to be repaired to get it back and running. and asked for a quote on getting the window fixed and seat issue. uppon taking my vehicle to the shop I asked for them to also do an instpection. the rear shocks were not good (maitnence issue not to worried about that) they also found that the front pinion seal is leaking. once I got my vehicle out of the shop it was good for about 2 days (986.34$ including tow) then would not start again. I then booked the vehicle in with [redacted] to get the issue of it not starting repaired.(had to be towed again and cypress motors agreed to pay the tow) and a quote on the seat and driverside power window. the quote for getting the seat repaird was approx 2000$ and a new window motor was quoted at 440$ (pinion seal and transmission issue have not been addressed at this point) [redacted] cleaned up some of the grounds and thought that would solve the problem. and cost me 456.48$ when I went to pick up my truck from [redacted] it would not start so as of today (january 8th 2015)[redacted] still has my truck trying to address the issue of it not starting. I have paid only one vehicle payment on this truck 358.56$ and one month of plates 131.30$ at this point including my truck payment and plates bills from mechanical shops and tow bills I have paid 2019$ and was only able to drive the truck for approxametly 10-14days. cypress motors has only agreed to paying me 2350$. at this point the seat nor window have been fixed (quoted prices above)and the transmission and pinion seal have not been adressed what so ever. [redacted]Desired Settlementi would like to be reimbursed for all repairs,towing bills,one truck payment,and one month worth of plates.as well as return the vehicle for the dollars I paid for it (it was financed) so return the truck pay me for what I have tried to do and cancel my loan. wich is pretty fair in my deffence since I have not had a vehicle for approx 3 weeks now [redacted]
