Poor quality driveway that increased flooding issues it was supposed to correctContractor will not return my phone calls now In early February I contacted [redacted] with quality concrete to pour a driveway in front of my garageI explained that the rain water was running towards the garage and I wanted him to make the water run away from itHe suggested putting drains in the driveway and I agreedThe third week of March they poured the driveway and right off the back I had reservations about the layout, but he assured me it would workThe finish in certain areas is subpar and looks like a sloppy patchThe driveway makes the water run into the garage even worse than before, the drains do not work properly, and the driveway already has large cracks in it In order to stop my garage from flooding I had to take a day off work and dig large trenches thru my yard and the garage still floodsAfter weeks of me calling him and him saying he would come that day and never showin

On 9/3/I had a back patio poured by Quality Concrete ( [redacted] ) Two days later it rained and it left a substantial puddle in the middle of my patio Mr [redacted] was contacted immediately to fix the issue I have been in contact with him for the past weeks but all I get is promises to fix the problem but no action The reason I had the patio poured was to prevent water from sitting at my back doorNow I am concerned if we have a downpour it will end up in my houseHe knew this and knew it was imperative that there was no standing water near the house Now every time it rains I have to sweep the excess water off the patio because it will not drain, does not run off like it should There is a dip, a low place right in the middle of the patio about ft wide and nearly the width of the patio

*** talks big about his "good" company, we bought into itHe took weeks to start and finish my driveway only to ask for $more than the contract stated, My husband agreed on another $He failed to pick up extra old cement he left on the yard, after calling him several times and each time he said he would be here in a couple daysHe never showedWe had to pay someone else to haul it awayAlso the concrete is cracking alreadyThis job was done in July of this yearShould not be cracking alreadyThis company is a rip off!

The last ft of the driveway has holes and damage areasConcrete is not the inch thickness neededContractor would not come back to look at it
July 12,Mr *** *** *** DrPensacola Fl XXXXX Ph# XXX-XXX-XXXX Quality Concrete wrote a contract with me to remove my driveway and install another for $On July he began removing old concrete and we agreed to widen the sidewalk at my front door for additional $ Everything was framed and concrete poured on JulyWhen the 2nd concrete truck arrived his employee *** ph XXX-XXX-XXXX finished, but it didn't appear that enough concrete was used at the end, as it ran out with the last ft still not coveredIn addition, there was a large amount of water at the end of the drive in a dug out low area were the cement truck and almost become stuckMr Cunniingham arrived at the very end of the pour after the cement had been spreadHe stated that the cement would fill in any gaps and there was nothing to worry
