Review: Continue to call my number looking for someone else.

Cypress continues to call me asking for a [redacted] I have repeatedly told them that there is no one by that name at my number and I have no idea who this gentleman is. I have had this phone number for five years. They call my cell phone more than once per day on most days and it is very disruptive to my classroom (I'm a teacher).Desired Settlement: I want them to stop harassing me. When I try to call back now, I can't get a live person.

7/2/2013-Still have not received any written information from the collector.

Desired Settlement: Cease all communication immediately and remove their accounts from my credit report as they are not valid debts and they have not sent any documentation to validate these alleged debts.

The company has still continued to call my business line since receiving my complaint from Revdex.com. Their response addresses none of my concerns and they have yet to provide any documentation to me validating this debt. They sent me a generic letter stating that I owe this debt, but cannot provide any documentation to prove it.

Review: This company has been provided proof that I paid their client, Eden Hospital, but continues to use an automated phone system to harass me.

Eden Hospital sent a bill to my HSA account and the HSA account marked it as closed. I thought it was taken care of until Cypress Collection Services started tying to collect on the bill. I immediately submitted payment to Eden Hospital on 11/26/2013. I showed this proof the Cypress. Eden Hospital did not cash the check until 12/24/2013. After this happened I again submitted proof to Cypress Arm. They have acknowledged that I have paid yet continue to make harassing calls. Now when I try to call them, they hang up on me and won't even talk to me anymore. I provided proof of payment to Anabel by email and confirmed by phone that she received it. Also, when their automated system calls you, there is never anyone there to answer the system. It will ring and ring for upwards of 30 minutes and nobody ever answers it. Today a lady named Meriam is hanging up on me every time I call to try to get this taken care of. Very harassing.Desired Settlement: I want to be removed from their automated phone system.
