This is a second request to retract a complaint registered agianst [redacted] and Cypress RealtyComplaint # [redacted] We have come to a verbal agreement Thank YouPhone # [redacted] [redacted] ***

No one from Cypress RM has yet responded to the totality of inhabitability issues we've had to live in and through since our move in of 8/4/13, nor the number of emergencies that have plagued us and gone unaddressed each and every time, from the falsified pesticide info she sent my team of Drs at Kaiser, to her Fair Housing Violations (for an illegal attempt to evict for having a service animal, to SD County Agencies going through here and inspecting regularly, finding noncompliance issues, and now the FTC is involved
My documents were accessed by an agent at Cypress who used all of my sensitive credit & personal information without my consent or knowledge in an attempt to set up a utility accountOur records as your clients, are to be safeguarded from this sort of federal violation
The water was shut off on 1/29/and only then did a notice from the water department get posted open faced on our front doorWith that account information I was finally able to get somebody to speak to me
* she gave us keys one hour after she got them in the former resident (No lock changes allowed??)
* The unit had not been checked for health and safety, maintenance concerns or issues, nor sanitized or cleaned (SEE PICTURES)
* several appliances did not work, electrical issues everywhere, cracked and chipped paint, filthy just FILTHY!
(We did not purchase a home "as is", we rented a condo with an option to renew)
* we sat for two days & one night with no toilet and no tub in a one bedroom one bath unit (EMERGENCY WITH NO RESPONSE)
* electrical issues and power outages lasting two days and one night (EMERGENCY ISSUE IGNORED)
* we have lived two days and one night without hot or cold running water (EMERGENCY CALL AND IGNORED)
* we had no heat for several days and nights (EMERGENCY CALL AND AGAIN IGNORED)
* we arrived home after hours to find the entire unit drenched in pools of pesticides (EMERGENCY CALL FOR HOURS AND DAYS CONSTANTLY AND REPEATEDLY IGNORED)
* day after the pesticide issue, with no response from management, we were served a "day notice of eviction" for having a service animalOne they had a letter for prior to move in and approvedThus the agent must now complete a fair housing course by 5/1/so she is better educated
* Kaiser doctors requested pesticide information/chemicals used for four months while treating my chronic illnessManagement refused for four monthsDoctors put it in writingFalsified to chemical information was sent to my doctorsThe actual technician sheets show they failed to check off what chemicals were used
* due to recovering from chemo the option of renewal was the deciding factor to rentOnce fully reassured had a renewal option was a definite option, the lease was then executedThe agent now says she made a mistake, confused us with another renter elsewhere and there is no option to renewTherefore they've kept me ill, and I now must try to find a way into a new home for myself and my young disabled son
*** offered to mediate and I was pleased to do soI explained to her, that if she could give me back my deposit and the first two months of rent (during the time that this place was repeatedly and completely uninhabitable and filled with emergencies) that I would leave and that would be the end of itSurprisingly she responded to say, she has "no authority whatsoever to authorize any monetary compensation for damages", but would like to take me out for a cup of coffee?? It's quite disturbing
I cannot recommend this company or the people they do business with in an effort to rent, lease or sell property In my case it was deceptive right out of the gate and they are invisible and do not have any humanity or empathy for their renters when emergencies ariseIt's cruel and unusual punishment for those that they rent to, especially those that are disabled like myself and my sonAnd their silence is deafeningTheir silence is their continued answer
There are names for people who rent places like this to unsuspecting renters, especially unsuspecting disabled renters
So off to court we go...and it will take every ounce of energy I have, but I cannot allow this to happen to even one more person As a property manager with a year career in this industry, I will not sit silent on thisI take far too much pride in how my residents are treated
So if you know anything about these people and you want to jump on this train to get things right and squared, away comment back!

Review: I have been working with Mr. [redacted] for approximately 2 1/2 yrs. He is a relistate broker. Initially he told me We( my brother and I) could use his GI bill to purchase a house with my income. My brother is disabled and lost his place after having a stroke. I initially gave him approximately 2,000 dollars. This suppose to be to start the process. within 4 mos. he said the regulations had changed and he needed another 2,500 dollars. What struck me as odd was he always needed the cashiers checks made out to him and I had to mail it to the office in Nevada. That's for tax reporting purposes. Over the next couple of years I paid him in cashiers checks for numerous purposes, cross quailfications? etc This is to the tune of 12,000 dollars. We were still trying to purchase a property. Somewhere my brother and his family could stay. I am in the process of getting all copies of my cashiers checks from my bank. This past March I gave him a cashiers check, 1,500 for refi for my home. Nothing yet. I am planning to report him to the Board of Realitors and Consumer Affairs. I am a very dissatisfied customer. I don't want this to happen to others.Desired Settlement: I want all of my money back. The 12,00 dollars. He knowingly lied about us being able to use my brother's GI bill. If he is an experienced realator he knew this. It was a scam. What are cross qualifications? Does this even exsist?
