I spoke with Mr [redacted] on 1/27/in regards the damage he claims we did to his truckAfter talking with Mr [redacted] , the Manager and reviewing the picture the manager took when he returned mins to hour laterThe wash package he purchased included wash, wheels and tires, and general dusting on inside doors dash and clean the windows When Mr [redacted] left the car wash no one knew of any damage including Mr [redacted] , it was not until he returned later and stated we damaged his truckThere is no way for me to know if this was damaged after Mr [redacted] left here the first time and can not see how doing a general dusting inside his truck could break the piece he is talking aboutI will include an attached picture that shows the damage when he returnedI did offer Mr [redacted] a free wash or detail to try to offset some of the cost to get his console fixed, I try to offer every customer that has a concern about service regardless if I feel we are not at faultAt this time Cypress Station Car Wash & lube with not take any responsibility for the damage Mr [redacted] is claiming we didThank you for your time on this issue,Steve R [redacted]

Hi my name is Geraldo [redacted] im the Manager at Cypress Station Car Wash, wanted to respond to this claim regardin Mr, [redacted]. When Mr. [redacted] came in to drop off vehicle he was towing this specific vehicle to get it detail. When he came and asked our sales man about a full deatil , with wax, engine,...

we gave him a quote he did mention it was to high , so he just decided to go with a basic wash package of $24. When sales man looked at the inside of the vehicle he notice that that service was not gonna do much to the vehicle and knew that the customer was not going to be satisfied, he than aproched managment and asked if he could offer the customer a different service to witch customer would be more satisfied on the inside cleaning. He than offer the customer a carpet shampoo and an interior super clean , witch mean we would clean all the interion plastic, vynil, and shampoo the seats witch comes to $74.90. This does not include a wash, this were just seperate services known as ala carte, but we gave him a free wash to try to make the vehicle more presenteble for him and apreciation of him bringing his business to us. Customer stated that he had bought the truck and had gotten the engine fix on it. when he came back to pick up the truck he was upset because we did not clean his engine nor the bed of the truck, we explain to him what he had paid and about getting the free wash, he still got upset because the other services were not done and left stating that he would never come back. Attached ive send u a copy of what Mr. [redacted] paid witch is on the left of the page and on right what was quoted to him if he would of gotten the full detail with the engine.

At this time Cypress Station Car Wash is not taking responsibility for the claim [redacted] is claiming we did. I think it is now obvious there are inconsistencies in Mr. [redacted] stories, not to mention he stated to me he was unlawfully carrying a concealed hand gun on private property.Thanks, Steve

  How did you go the extra mile when the smell was not taken out of my car. Yes I did have hair in my car because I have a dog and I did tell them I wasn't worried about it I wanted the smell out. He did tell me about the [redacted] but also said that if anything spilt I would need the carpet cleaned so that is what we chose first. After I picked up my car no difference was made. So we tried the [redacted] which somewhat worked but you were so keen on selling me it and that it would work when it did not and there was still smell in my car after leaving it on and unattended for 2 hours. When I went to pick up my car no one even checked with me or the car so anyone could have taken it. You have a really poor attitude on only wanting to reshampoo when we've already done that. That's ok I'll make sure all my friends and family know never to go to your car wash.

I personally spoke with Mrs. [redacted] and I looked into the matter, I watched the video while her car was here and looked at the picture that was taken by the site manager when she came back after leaving the first time.  I the damage that she is claiming we did is not the kind of damage that is...

indicative our industry, it looks like someone backed into her or she backed into something/someone. At no time in the video was there anything there that could have caused any damage to her vehicle, I understand she is stating there was two spots in the video where the damage could happen but there is really no way it could have. after a twenty minute conversation with Mrs. [redacted] she said she was going to take me to court over this matter and demanding a copy of the video and I told her that we allowed her to view the video and that she could see the video again in court, granted this is after she started calling me names and telling me I was rude and stating I was uncooperative with her, at no time did I get rude and if I was uncooperative then I would have not called her or taken her call when she call me back later that day. So I have a picture of the damage she is claiming we did and a video of her vehicle when it was here and a voice recording of when she called me back that day. I think between all of the pictures, videos, and voice recording they should speak of themselves. At this time I consider this matter closed.Thank you,Steve

The business has once again disregarded me and my claim. I agree that the video, voice recorder, and pictures will speak for themselves. The damage was done while my car was in there care I have no dought about that.. However I have already repaired the damage myself. I do not intend to make good on my statement to take them to court. It will consume to much of my time and I can not afford to lose any time at work. Furthermore I am still asking for a apology for the way I was treated. I would also like this matter to be handled by a higher authority then the general manager. I do not need any repayment as the damage has been fixed and I am happy about that. However I would like action to be taken towards the employees who handled this matter. This could have been handled with less disrespect and with a more customer friendly attitude.

Mrs. [redacted]   They were right when they told you we do not promise smells and when you came back they discounted the odor bomb for by $20. If you would like you can bring it back and we can try to shampoo the vehicle again.  Thank youSteve
