In response to the complaint that was received to our company regarding a cleaning that took place on December 22nd, 2014, first we would like to say that the customer had given a hour time limitWhen giving a time limit the ladies get what they can done within that time There is some customers whose expectations can't always be met when giving a time limitWe always send ladies to clean a home, and one of the ladies spent hours and minutes in the kitchen alone, which means she actually spent longer than the time limitThe lady who was cleaning the kitchen has been employed with us for yearsShe used every chemical that we can use to try and get the buigrease that was in the kitchenThe mother had also informed the ladies that her kitchen hadn't been cleaned in yearsThe customer took the right steps in calling in a timely manner to inform us of her concerns, unfortunately the office was closed due to the Christmas holidaysWe called her back on Monday morning, to offer to re-clean the area of concernMolly Maid has a hour guarantee, the customer had refused the re-clean stating that she had already cleaned the area herselfWe can give a credit to the account for that area and come back at a later time to clean it again, however it is company policy that we don't offer refundsOut of the plus houses the ladies cleaned in December, this is the only complaint that the ladies had receivedWe are a service company and handle things very professionally and would never accuse a customer of lyingWe typically like to come out to a home and give an estimate, so the customer can know how long the actual job can takeHowever, with it being so close to the holiday, the customer didn't ask us to come do an estimate she just wanted a cleaning with a priority list and a hour time limit

The customer was upset because the Alterations Express employee could not find her name in the computerWe apologized for the problem and did our best to rectify the situationWe always promote good customer service within our company and whenever a problem is brought to our attention, it is
investigated and handled accordinglyThis situation was handled internally in this mannerWe apologize again for the situation and continue to work hard to make every customer happy

TOTAL rip off and even worse customer service Took a formal in to be shortened, when I picked it up and checked the work, they had literally taken a pair of scissors and poorly cut inches of fabric off of the bottom, there was no sewing or taping or gluing involved- the job must have taken minutes tops They proceeded to try and charge me $for the alteration When I refused to pay $for a kindergarten cut job I was told I would have to come back in to speak with a manager After min on the phone with the manager, the price was reduced to $So I went form getting royally ripped off to totally ripped offNext time I will buy a pair of fabric scissors and save myself some time and moneyI would not recommend this business to anyone

time.  There is some customers whose expectations can't always be met when giving a time limit. We always send 2 ladies to clean a home, and one of the ladies spent 2 hours and 10 minutes in the kitchen alone, which means she actually spent longer than the time limit. The lady who was cleaning the kitchen has been employed with us for 13 years. She used every chemical that we can use to try and get the built-up grease that was in the kitchen. The mother had also informed the ladies that her kitchen hadn't been cleaned in 3 years. The customer took the right steps in calling in a timely manner to inform us of her concerns, unfortunately the office was closed due to the Christmas holidays. We called her back on Monday morning, to offer to re-clean the area of concern. Molly Maid has a 24 hour guarantee, the customer had refused the re-clean stating that she had already cleaned the area herself. We can give a credit to the account for that area and come back at a later time to clean it again, however it is company policy that we don't offer refunds. Out of the 70 plus houses the ladies cleaned in December, this is the only complaint that the ladies had received. We are a service company and handle things very professionally and would never accuse a customer of lying. We typically like to come out to a home and give an estimate, so the customer can know how long the actual job can take. However, with it being so close to the holiday, the customer didn't ask us to come do an estimate she just wanted a cleaning with a priority list and a 2 hour time limit.
