Cypress Village Apartments

I (*** ***) started over at Cypress Village January 19th, 2016. Miss *** *** called the beginning of February with a list of items she wanted me to walk in her unit, as well as to get new cabinets in her unit. After myself and my Maintenance lead went to her unit on
the pre-scheduled day I had the painter go over and repair the ceiling upstairs that had a very small water stain. Then on 2/we went over and completed several tickets that included:1. Resident stated her hot water didn't last long - We went over and checked her hot water tank and turned the temperature up, as well as checked her shower head (she installed her own).2. Resident stated that her tub and sink drained very slow - We snaked the drain and pulled out some hair, as well as took video showing that all drains were draining properly.3. Resident stated that her toilet seat was broken and when she sat on the toilet it banged against the wall - We tightened the toilet seat, put a foam strap on the lid so it wouldn't rattle when she sat down as well as flushed times to make sure the plumbing was hooked up correctly.4. Resident stated her range hood was not working - We installed a new range hood.5. Resident stated that her cabinet doors were not aligned and needed new cabinets - We realigned the cabinet doors as well as made sure cabinets were secure to the wall. At this time I told her I had to check with our G.Mabout her cabinets being replaced.6. Resident stated no water was coming out of her own personal shower head - we replaced the washer as well as the diverter.On February 12th I spoke with *** and told her that the cabinets were in the budget to be replaced for her this year but since she was unhappy we would give her the option to move out. She stated she was looking at a duplex over the weekend and would let us know her decision the following week. When I called her the following Monday she stated she was going to move. The resident has vacated the unit and I will be doing a walk through with her son on 3/4/
