Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: there have been conflicting stories told to me by their staff This is totally unacceptable As far as I am concerned they are just trying to cover themselves Until I receive the check this problem is not resolved I also want to know that their bosses are aware of this problem also Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: they have changed what they originally stated, and has changed my wordsI have multiple witnesses and still have the emailsThey originally told the tag agency twice and myself that it would save me $a month, not $every
monthsThat is where all this confusion is coming fromNot only that but they agreed with me it was a monthly amountNot till the agent *** himself finally stepped in and started handling this matter did they change it to every monthsBut twice they told the tag agency and myself that I was over paying $every monthWith them constantly changing what they said, and never actually understanding that the only issue is that they have made a serious mistake and refuse to correct and pay the money back for the mistake they have madeI did not make this mistake nor did I claim to have fixed this mistake multiple times and not actually doing itI am not the only customer this has happened toWhen will they fix the problem that keeps occurringAnd now they refuse my phone calls picking up and immediately hanging upWe are still working on this case, I am changing agencies and now have a direct number to customer service.

The Reserve at Cypresswood fully apologizes for the length of time that it has taken the [redacted] to receive their deposit.  We have taken full responsibility.  The error of overnighting the check was due to a miscommunication between management and accounting as accounting put the check...

in regular mail as soon as it was cut.  Management did verify that a check was sent in the mail and that a stop payment needed to be issued in order for a replacement check to be cut.  Management processes deposit refunds on a regular basis and this is the only occurrence of this nature.  Responsibility accepted.  Apology issued.
