We had a very bad leak on Sunday morning and Bob came out to check it that afternoon even though he had a party to go toHe found the leak right away, stopped it, and set up an time to replace the toiletBob came back the day and time he told us and was very professionalHe cleaned up everything before leavingWe highly recommend him and will use him again!!!

I requested a new faucet and knobs for my bathroom sink He did not ask me to specify what size would be needed- consequently he brought the wrong size and accused me of not informing him that my sink was an inch spread ( I have no knowledge of plumbing issues) While installing valve stems to fix the faucet leak , he broke the *** handle and left it so I could not use the cold waterThen he charged me $ for breaking my fixtures and STILL I have no new faucet or knobs

My hot water heater stopped running on a Wednesday night and Bob was right out there early the next day to install a brand new hot water heaterHe did a great job, was very helpful and actually explain a lot about how hot water heaters workI was very impressed! He also charged me the best possible price I called for other plumbers locally and they were all to 15% more expensiveI would recommend this company

Cyrious Plumbing is one of the best plumbing experiences I've had. They called ahead to let me know when they were arriving, and were even a little early. Then when they didn't have a part in the van, he sent his assistant out for it, who was back in 15 min. Price of the service was good too. They use good quality parts, and labor is professional. Definitely will be using again.
