I called for their free trial one week supply. It was an automated call. I NEVER authorized them to charge any additional fees to my card. Cyvita charged my card $ 63.86 which I never authorized. A package with with their product arrived today claiming "thank you for participating in the Cyvita auto ship program. Their automated service claimed to me recorded. I specifically declined this service. I believe that Cyvita has engaged in a criminal act and I want my money back they illegally took.Desired SettlementA full an complete refund of the $63.86 that was not authorized by me what so ever.Business Response Cyvita [redacted]Phone: [redacted] Fax: [redacted]10/16/14Revdex.com[redacted]4834 Sparks Blvd, Suite 102Sparks, NV 89436RE: [redacted], Case Number # [redacted], Order# [redacted]Dear [redacted],We are in receipt of the complaint from [redacted]. Never received the trail sample We never received the trial that we paid $9.95 for. We were to receive a form to fill out and return for this shipment that never arrived. Never received that form. Before we realized that the trail never showed up, we were billed for a monthly supply. Now I have returned this bottle, but as yet to receive a refund. They use some very unsavory practices. I would like to complain so as this company doesn't keep doing this to other unsuspecting "CUSTOMERS".Desired SettlementI want the $9.95 back for the trial shipment which was never received, and the $59.40 they charged, so a total of $69.35.Business Response Cyvita LLC PO Box 9107 - Pueblo, CO 81008Phone: (800) 968-1387 Fax: (719) 948-191008/29/14Revdex.com[redacted]4834 Sparks Blvd, Suite 102Sparks, NV 89436RE: [redacted], Case Number # [redacted], Order# [redacted]Dear [redacted]We are in receipt of the complaint from [redacted]. Deceptive Advertising Practices and Billing Against my Credit card.Charged $59.40 (twice) and recieved product that I did NOT order through their automated service beyond the Trail product.Again these were orders that I had NOT ordered, nor DID NOT order, therefore the unexpected deductions were unwarranted and unsolicited.I need to have my credit card adjusted immediately.I ordered on Web one trail supply. This was automated. I NEVER authorized them to charge any additional fees to my card. I specifically declined their service. Cyvita charged my card $59.40 which I never authorized. Their product arrived claiming "thank you for participating in the Cyvita auto ship program". I DID NOT agree to that.Desired SettlementTheir accusing me of requesting this product and their billing - I did not or did not understand their deceptive marketing. I now can send back one shipment ( at me inconvenience ) and they will credit. But I still have a past order un-opened bottle that they claim is over the 30 day limit. So only using a 30 day limit on another return not that I did not want it and never used/opened is not a valid reason for return. Therefore I am burned or stuck with their product and got ripped off and charge for something I do not want or order. What a sham. It makes no sense they don't care about the product only getting the money any way they can. I would have never ever agree to their shipments or billing. I say no I did on the web, if I did it was NOT clear. I paid $9.95 for a small battle for trail Cyvita but advertise stated I will need to cancel within 12 days otherwise it will be charged $59.95 on my credit card for next months supply. The Scam is that they will not ship it for 3-5 weeks. So I have no choice but to cancel it before 12 days time limit. Its been over 60 days now and I still have not get my trail bottle. In other words, if I cancel it before the shipment or before they charge $59.95 you will not get the trail bottle. I think that is deceiving act knowingly you will have to pay $19.95 and $59.95 before you can even get your trail bottle and that is a Scam by itself. I think they should refund my $9.95 if they do not ship the sample and that will ok. This company does not answer phone or email and not even have a mailing address. So I have no way to contact anyone except you the Revdex.com Thank you for your support.Product_Or_Service: CyvitaOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like to have my $9.95 refund or send the trail bottle but I think the Revdex.com needs to look into this type of Scam. It was a Rebate Credit card and has a limit of $35. For some reason they did not process it immediately and that is odd. I expected the day I called it should be charged immediately and the operator processed it without an issue. I will try to call this credit card and trace it see they did charged to it or not. This is seriously wrong . The automated order line for the sample asks if I would like to be enrolled in a reoccurring program that sends a replenishment order automatically. I stated NO!!! I did not want to be enrolled!! I was enrolled anyway. This company wants to act like they have done nothing wrong. Fraudulent actions like this is an injustice to consumers. upon receiving my initial trial package of cyvita around 9/15/2015 I failed to read the packaging slip. it stated that I would be enrolled in an auto-billing cycle. I thought it was just the trial product only. appox. 2 weeks later my second larger package arrived. it cost around $60.00 I was shocked to find it in my mail. so I followed their strict procedure to contact them. [redacted] returned my e-mail promptly. she stated that I was cancelled from the auto-billing cycle. in addition, I could either receive an immediate credit of $20.00 to keep the product, or return the product for a full immediate refund minus S&H. so I returned their product (with tracking) so I know they received it back. this was around 3 weeks ago. I have repeatedly tried to contact this company back. ive sent 3 e-mails asking for my refund or some sort of explanation as to why no refund. still waiting for return correspondence.Product_Or_Service: cyvitaOrder_Number: [redacted]Account_Number: n/aDesired SettlementI would like to receive my refund credited back to my charge account. I have waited long enough.
