I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. 
The business response is inaccurate and inadequate. I have numerous emails detailing the need to have the testing done. He has never completed the work although he promised to do it many times. My parents were never at the house, so he never could have left a kit with them. I have asked him to coordinate with me directly and he has failed to respond to repeated calls and emails. Buy my own test kit? Why would I do this when this was work that he was supposed to do and failed to complete. He already lied once about the test being complete. And what happens if the test shows radon? Will he come back out to fix the initial system he installed? I want a full radon test done as promised with a commitment to fix any problems that might be discovered. Failing this, I want a partial refund of the cost of this work to do my own testing and further mitigation as required.

This work was done properly. We do radon testing and do this well. We went by 4-5 times. There are test kits you can buy at the store, a lot of people do this. He is from NJ and this is a second home. His parents were there so I dropped off them them a kit. I did my work extremely well for him,...
