We just received this complaint from [redacted] ***, The complaint was written in ramble on statements , containing many untruths regarding the work performed at old dilapidated train NOT FIT FOR HUMAN USE, [redacted] was informed every step of the way what our services would costThis complaint is based on the fact ,after all work was done and new submersible water system installed her trailer.The existing plumbing water and drains were was a sprinkler system leaking everywhere due to the fact it was not winterized properly by others.The drains were clogged solid with baocn fat from slopping the hogs that lived there,after repairing all leaks under trailer [redacted] ,and [redacted] , BOTH LICENSED JOURNEYMAN PLUMBERS! were told by [redacted] payment was going to be made by her boyfriend the next day at pm at our office.NO ONE SHOWED UP! [redacted] was give all itemized bills for all work including warranty info on pump and tank after days of [redacted] NOT ANSWERING CALLS, OR TEXTSShe started spewing lies about how we cheated her, there were leaks there(none when our crew left) We offered to come and fix a leak on the water heater and address kitchen sink clog , WE WERE TOLD BY [redacted] NOT TO COME BACK TO TRAILER, IT IS GLARINGLY OBVIOUS [redacted] NEVER INTENDED TO PAY OUR BILL , AND TO THEN START A CAMPAIGN OF NEGATIVITY TO COVER HER OWN LIES , DECEPTION , AND NOT PAY THE BILLS SHE INCURREDIN SHORT SHE LIED TO GET ALL THE PLUMBING FIXED,THEN FABRICATED STORIES AND TRIED TO SOIL OUR REPUTATION WITH HER BACKWOODS, UNEDUCATED TIRADES [redacted] OWES CZ PLUMBING $BUT DUE TO THE FACT YOURE DEALING WITH TOTAL BACKWOODS IGNORANCE ,WE FEEL IT IS A LOSS NOT WORTHY OF OUR TIME TO RECOVER[redacted] HAS NO INTEGRITY,OR DECENCY AND IS FRANKLY PUT A BACKWOODS HICK HILLBILLY WE HAVE NO INTEREST IN EVER SEEING AGAIN!There are always sides to an issue, and this is THE TRUTHFUL SIDE!
