This company is awful. HAD to use them for a whirlpool warranty. They left the dishwasher in worse shape then when they got there. The service man took 2 filters with him from the dishwasher (by mistake I'm assuming). Called to tell them and it took them 2 weeks to make it right. Was told it was ok to use the dishwasher in the mean time. It wasn't, it leaked everywhere. Warped my wood floors. Unapologetic and trufully nasty about it when I called. Very unprofessional. Will not use them again and will tell everyone I know not to use them.

I would appreciate assistance in getting a full refund. Service requested for Kenmore washer that made noise and would not spin dry clothing on any of the three cycles available. May 9, Terry came out and determined that a new pump was necessary at a cost of $376.58. I paid $233.87 and scheduled the next day to install the pump. Terry returned on May 10 and installed the new pump. I paid the remainder of $142.71. Afterwards, when doing a load of laundry, I find that the washer still does not spin dry. I called and talked with Matt, who asked me if the machine stopped making noise. I said yes, but it still doesn't drain during the spin dry. He told me that was a different problem and I would have to schedule another appointment and there would be more charges. What? I was led to believe that the new pump WOULD resolve the problem. This repair company came recommended to us. The repair person did not arrive until 4:00 pm and spent one hour attempting to repair our one year old refrigerator/freezer. The labor cost for one hour was $219.00 and the freezer still does not work. They told us they would come back and fix it if it was not making ice. It was not, so I called the company. I was told on the phone that we would have to pay again. I asked what they charged per hour for labor. I was told "we do not disclose that information." A company that will not tell you their rates is shady, at best. They were rude, unhelpful, and apparently over priced.

D3 appliance repair does not stand behind their service. We had an oven fixed at a cost of almost $300 labor and it worked one day. We called the day we noted the oven was not working (tried to use again 28 days later) and were told we had to pay another $350 for labor and $300 for a part. The first time the folks came they spent three hours and kept saying how they weren't sure how to repair but patched things together. Horrible customer service and follow through. Very disappointing.

Not the best service. They are rude on the phone. They set up a appointment for Friday and the the window was for five hours 1PM to 5PM. Some of us have to work. The person on the phone said he would put it in that I need a half hour call ahead to I could leave work to meet them. I ended up taking the whole afternoon off to be home. At 4:15 I called samsung to tell them that they didn't show up for the appointment. Samsung put me in to have someone else come look at the issue and he said he was going to call D3 to find out why they missed the appointment. I left the house to feed my kids. At 4:33 the tech called. IHe had an attitude when I explained what huge problem this was that he was calling so late. I also told him how funny it was how he is calling after I talked to Samsung. I told him I was suppose to have an half hour call ahead. He was gone by 5:05 and left a note. sorry custermer service

Had issues with my stove and the ice maker in my fridge. Called Lowe's since it's still under warranty, and this is the company that contacted me to schedule service. Stove was fixed after 2 visits, because parts needed to be ordered. Ice maker is set up to be taken care of today. Josh, the technician came out a few weeks ago to look at it and ordered parts. Was told parts will take about 7 days to come in and I would be called to schedule service after that. Parts came in exactly 7 days from the visit, scheduled my appt for today. Was told on the phone the window would be 8-12. Received an email yesterday, my window was 9-11. Got a call about an hour ago from the office letting me know Josh is running late and will be here closer to noon, if that would be a problem. No problem. Just received another phone call from Josh telling me that he'd be here around noon. I'm confident that my ice maker will be fixed. Great customer service, the technicians are very polite and friendly.

We have used D-3/A-OK service for years now, and have no complaints, only praise. The repairmen are courteous, efficient, and good at what they do. It's nice to know they can be trusted to fix my appliances right the first time! Have never had a warranty issue either, as they have the people to do all that for you.

Worst service ever. DO NOT go with this company for repair of your appliances. We have been waiting almost a month now for them to fix our dishwasher. We have had the service people lie to us and tell us that the dishwasher was fixed when it clearly was not. We have had them cancel and reschedule appointment days 4 times now. Completely unprofessional. I do not know how these people stay in business. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

If you want to have your appliances repaired, save yourself the hassle do not call this company, have a clothing washer(whirlpool) was not repaired, after almost 7 weeks called to have another company to have washer repaired, tired of the rude receptionist, tired of never being called back, tired of awaiting parts that were never ordered until 2 weeks later...The washer is now making loud noises that never occurred until D-3/A-OK personnel attempted to repair it.......The repair personnel along with the other employees at D-3/A-OK do not and will not listen to the customers.... If you have a home warranty service plan make sure you inform the company to stay away from this D-3/A-OK appliance service company. Never had such a bad experience dealing with an appliance repair or other repair company as this company in 48 years... And very surprised at a A+ rating with the Revdex.com of Colorado Springs, I think Revdex.com should seriously look into other complaints regarding this company
