Company replaced roof. Now all 3 skykight windows have condensation problems due to seals broken within window. The skylight windows are now impossible to see thru due to the heavy condensation inside the windows. When the project manager [redacted]) was made aware of this situation he became very hostile towards us on the phone. We scheduled a meeting with Mr [redacted] to make our final payment and to show him our concerns on the windows. We tried to explain to Mr. [redacted] that those windows were not in that condition prior to the new roof being installed. Mr. [redacted] became very argumentive as I showed him the windows with the condensation in them. Mr. [redacted] became so enraged that he started yelling at my wife and I. The confrontation ended with Mr. [redacted] leaving without the final payment and offering us no options on our now broken skylight windows. We have sent our final payment to their home office in north Jersey with a letter of complaint against Mr [redacted]'s unprofessional temperment while in my home. I have scheduled an inspector to come and look at the windows. I will determine my next step based on their findings. Any cooperation from NJCR certified roofing will help before this situation moves to the next level.
