Their work was excellent The car is good as new My complaint is with the Staff I dropped the vehicle off after hours with the key drop I specifically wrote on the envelope of requested services for a QUOTE ONLY I received a call the next morning with a quote I requested no work start on the vehicle When I called back days later to come pick up my vehicle, they had started repairs and illegally started the claim with my insurance The work was almost completed when I had only requested a quote The estimator simply shrugged his shoulder and treated me poorly stating " so you did'nt think we were starting work on your car, come on man." Extremely poor experience and business practices are terrible It is a shame as their previous work on my vehicles has been good
