D. A. Dalton Construction

D. A. Dalton Construction bid and accepted a project which was the construction of my home, yet never completed the job after taking my money. I mistakenly allowed D. A. Dalton to withdraw funds from the bank as needed since we had been friends since childhood, but once the money was depleted by D. A. Dalton, the work to complete my home came to a screeching halt. I understandably approached D. A. Dalton about completing my home with the amount of money that we had agreed upon, but was avoided at every turn. In fact, the owner himself made repeated and reckless statements that he would change the name of his company to avoid any sort of judgement that I may try to obtain. All I expect is that D. A. Dalton complete the job as agreed upon. Instead, I've been forced to pay for many of the things that I had already paid D.A. Dalton to do twice now, since they failed to complete a very long list of things which had already been covered in our contract.
