Company poured a 15'X40' stamped, colored, and stained concrete patio in September 2012. 3 days after job completion and after owner had been paid in full, a large section of the patio started to crack. Notified owner of problem and met with him on site to discuss issue. Final recommendation was to patch. Numerous attempts (text,email logs available) were made and the same excuse was given over and over and over why owner could not do job (too cold, too wet, color not correct, etc.) to completion. The stories kept changing as far as when the fix would be made. We were even told that the weather was too bad to do fix but we learned that he was doing jobs for other area customers during this time frame. Because the cracking has now surpassed the half way depth mark of the entire pad's thickness, integrity of the pad itself is now a concern. Around the cracking the top layer of the colored concrete has flaked off leaving the underlying exposed aggregate of the concrete, exposed to weather. Discoloration is now continuing at an alarming rate. At one point, the owner told me that he would have a company come out and test the integrity. That never happened just like the many other things he promised he would do. Simply put, the owner of this company does not care whatsoever on service after the sale. He got his balance paid in full and now we have a worthless product. We demand that his company pay for any repair costs that we will now have to incur from a different concrete company.
