Well I have explained to the customer that the finance company has the title they will receive from the insurance bond company once they receive it I can register the vehicleUntil I have title in hand I cant go any further the only option is go through *** and get a day I will try today

white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; display: inline !important; float: none; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> Issue ID # [redacted], I'm sorry to here that we had a customer concern, we been in business for the last 3 years with few complaints.  On 11/26/2014 [redacted] contacted us to come and look at a 2003 ford explorer, he test drove the vehicle 3 different extended periods of times before deciding to purchase it.We purchased the SUV at a auto auction for $2770.00 and brought it back to find the Transmission had issues, we there fore replaced the transmission at a cost of $ 1000 from smart parts, the SUV had all new fluids in motor (10w30W with no additives)and  transmission. (so we sold it for what we had in it)  The vehicle was sold as is,  as is every one sold here, he signed the purchase order and Wisconsin discloser stating that, in four different placeshe also traded in a 2001 Pontiac grand am which back of title is scribbled on which makes the title unusable.  I never heard from him involving any problems till now, if he had any issues he should of contacted us.  We try and work with customers when they have issues.  We sell Vehicles over 10 years old with exempt, not verified as the discloser states. To resolve this issue Id be willing to refund $500 toward any repairs that are needed or he can bring it back to us and we will try and resolving any issues toward repairs. Again when he tried it out he was happy with it and was sold 100% as is, but I am willing to work with him on his issues. See attachments Thanks

I have had a very negative experience with [redacted]. He sold me a car that has had catalytic converter bypassed so that the vehicles computer thinks it is functioning properly. Not only that but the engine burns 3 quarts of oil per tank of gas. [redacted] has made numerous promises such as refunding my money,replacing the car, fixing the engine, but has not actually done anything to resolve this issue. I would highly recommend finding another source of vehicles.

My name is [redacted] and I filed a complaint recently regarding D and D auto & storage. They responded and  offered the resolution of $500 and I accepted on February 20, 2105, but I never received thy check from the, and I believe, that now since the complaint it is closed, they will not mail it.  My Complaint ID # is  [redacted]. I clearly stated for them that when I received the check it would be considered resolved.  Please look into this for me so I know if I should contact an attorney to recuperate all of my losses ($4000+)instead of settling for $500.

I purchased a 2000 Jeep Wrangler from this company and it was the best experience I have had in buying a car ever. The owner [redacted] is an honest guy and he was able to link us with a good finance company. As far as the Jeep goes? it is one of the best vehicles I have ever purchased. It runs and drives like a new Jeep.

I received a letter stating that we dint resolve the matter with [redacted] Jones case #[redacted], In my response I gave to options 1) to bring it back and we would help resolve some of his concerns or 2) I would send him $500.00 to satisfy his complaint. I was not informed of which option he wanted, I will send out the $500 by Friday 3/20/2015, I will no longer be in Used auto business as soon as I liquidate our inventory. D & D Auto
