We apologize for not responding earlier as we found out that the Revdex.com had an old email address for us on fileWe now show that you have our correct email address on file.I am sorry to hear that one of my customers has a complaintWe always do our best to work with our customer to resolve
any issues they may have and in all the years that we have been with the Revdex.com this is the only complaint that we have ever had.We have talked to the customer on more than one occasion about the filter housing onlyWe informed our customer that we do not supply filters and do the installation only and gave her the contact information of the company who provided the whole house filter system that we installed and they replaced the filters for her. When the work was complete the customer was happy with the job we did and there was never an issue except that our customer was not strong enough to open the filter housing by herselfWe have never received a complaint from the customer about the soft water system or any plumbing issues by phone or email and this is the first time we've heard of it.We completed the work for the customer on 11/1/and have only heard that she is not strong enough to change the filters by herself and almost years and months after the work is complete we get a complaintWe were not informed that there were repairs needed and not giving the chance to make any repairs that may have been needed and the customer went to another contractor who manipulated our work and complained at the quality of our workmanship (this is a dishonest practice commonly used for a competitor looking to talk ill of one company to make him seem more desirable to secure a job)Our customer was not over charged for the workWe used quality equipment that was not cheap and we provided a quality installation that has had no problems until now that it is conveniently just after the time their warranty is up.We are concerned that this customer is slandering the quality of our workmanship and our integrity by trying to get a full refund on a product and installation after a year warranty is upAlso, our warranty on any installation is void on anything that the customer had altered by another contractorHad we been notified from the customer that there were leaks we would have responded within hours especially because I live around the corner from her.We want nothing more for this customer to be well taken care of and are willing to come to a resolution to her concernsWe are unfamiliar with what steps we take from here after you have received our response please let us know how we can resolve these concerns and keep my Revdex.com account free from complaints.Best Regards,Isaac

This contactor never would call me back re: where to get replacement filters.  I had his friend make filters until he could no longer get mmaterials to make them.  I was told that these would only need replacement every year...not true...changed approx. Every 4 months.  Because of difficulty in removing housing...the pipes began to leak.  Had 3 plumbers look at this installation  and they stated it was not done properly and should be removed.  Contractor used indoor PVC attached to copper which is only done as temporary fix.  Water softener was not installed to code as he used PVC...which is not done by licensed plumbers.  I had a bid for a professional whole house water filtration system and water softener for $1939.00 which included restoration to original copper pipes. This contractor charged $2550 for a inadequate system.  I feel he should refund $1000. So I can get something for my previous investment.  I have had the new system installed and it works as promised. Contractor told me water softener cost $700 and I checked model number which showed $400.00.  Plumber stated that the components used for water filtration system was Worth a few hundred dollars.  I don't want to slander this contractor but he has been dishonest with regard to my job!

We apologize for not responding earlier as we found out that the Revdex.com had an old email address for us on file. We now show that you have our correct email address on...

file.
I am sorry to hear that one of my customers has a complaint. We always do our best to work with our customer to resolve any issues they may have and in all the years that we have been with the Revdex.com this is the only complaint that we have ever had.
We have talked to the customer on more than one occasion about the filter housing only. We informed our customer that we do not supply filters and do the installation only and gave her the contact information of the company who provided the whole house filter system that we installed and they replaced the filters for her. When the work was complete the customer was happy with the job we did and there was never an issue except that our customer was not strong enough to open the filter housing by herself. We have never received a complaint from the customer about the soft water system or any plumbing issues by phone or email and this is the first time we've heard of it.
We completed the work for the customer on 11/1/2013 and have only heard that she is not strong enough to change the filters by herself and almost 2 years and 3 months after the work is complete we get a complaint. We were not informed that there were repairs needed and not giving the chance to make any repairs that may have been needed and the customer went to another contractor who manipulated our work and complained at the quality of our workmanship (this is a dishonest practice commonly used for a competitor looking to talk ill of one company to make him seem more desirable to secure a job). Our customer was not over charged for the work. We used quality equipment that was not cheap and we provided a quality installation that has had no problems until now that it is conveniently just after the time their warranty is up.
We are concerned that this customer is slandering the quality of our workmanship and our integrity by trying to get a full refund on a product and installation after a 2 year warranty is up. Also, our warranty on any installation is void on anything that the customer had altered by another contractor. Had we been notified from the customer that there were leaks we would have responded within 24 hours especially because I live around the corner from her.
We want nothing more for this customer to be well taken care of and are willing to come to a resolution to her concerns. We are unfamiliar with what steps we take from here after you have received our response please let us know how we can resolve these concerns and keep my Revdex.com account free from complaints.
Best Regards,
Isaac
