Without a doubt the worst customer experience ever! Ten months after sending them a radio for restoration I received it back in worse condition.Missing and broken parts, tuner shaft installed upside down, correct cloth cover wire loom replaced with a generic yellow wire of incorrect gaugeThe radio is useless in the condition they returned itNever returned a phone call or an email, was assured the radio would be shipped to me at the end of the week , weeks later no radioCalled and was told it was shipped,when asked for a tracking number was told they would have to call me backThey never didCalled them again and they admitted they had not shipped itFinally got it back in deplorable condition Their "F" rating with the Revdex.com is well deserved,they seem to be striving for an "F-" Buyers Beware
