D and M Trailer

On March 19, 2013 my wife and I purchased a travel trailer from ([redacted], a sales agent for D & M trailer saies. We sent a Deposit by Paypal that night and wire transferred the $6000 balance the next day to the bank information supplied to us by [redacted] recommended a gentleman from a list of people that they used for delivering the Trailer. We made arrangements with this gentleman, named [redacted] for delivery. I called [redacted] on the morning of March 23, 2013 as he said that he should be just about here. He informed me that he was in Huntsville, TN, almost to Nashville and that he had lost a wheel off of the trailer, the tires were dry rotted and he needed tires replaced and repairs made. I called several RV dealers in the Huntsville, Tenn. area and the TN state patrol to try to get him to a repair shop that could help him. I finally found out that he was no where near Huntsville, TN, but in Huntsville AL. When he finally made it here that evening He brought the trailer in on 2 wheels instead of 4. When he attempted to back the trailer into the drive, he slid it up against a tree 3 times before he listened to me to leave it where it was. The trailer was dented in 2 places on the left front corner. I paid him $1300 and he offered to give me $100 back, from him and [redacted], he said. I told him that I couldn't go back on the deal that we had made and that $100 wouldn't start to pay for the missing wheel, tire, brake drum and brakes. I didn't know what kind of damage was done by hitting the tree repeatedly. He offered to bring me an axle the next time he got up this way. I called [redacted] to see if they had [redacted]s' insurance information on file and ask him about the lock that he offered to pay for and the owners manual that he was going to get for us. He said to call [redacted] for his insurance information. [redacted] denied any damage to the trailer and stated that he didn't have any insurance. We spoke to a man named [redacted], the owner & he hasn't returned our call as of yet.
