There was not a problem with the roof, the guttering did not leak before they came and replaced my gutteringI had the replace the guttering because it was not angled right and birds were up there like it was a bird bathAnd why did Jerry even get onto my roof and caulk and put flashing up if he is a guttering guy not a roofer the mess you left up there looks like a year old was up there with a caulk gun and flashing it now looks like hell.

In October of 2013, D&B Guttering installed new gutters on a porch for Mrs***This was a minimum gutter charge of $because it was only on the porch not the entire houseSince then our supervisor has made over service calls to Mrs ***s home because of complaints of leaking
The problem for the leaking is this: The covered porch roof ties into the main roof, There should be roof step flashing all along where the roof ties in to prevent water from getting in between, running down and going behind the fascia metal then eventually leaking out where ever it can get outWhoever installed the porch roof did not install roof step flashing, they only used caulkingThe caulking worked for a while and coincidently stopped working shortly after we installed our guttersOur supervisor, Jerry, has recaulked and tried to reseal the best he could to try and stop the leaking just out of courtesy to the homeownerThis is not a guttering problem but a roof problem and not associated with any work that we have done for Mrs***Mrs *** needs to hire a roofer to fix the problem correctlyShe has been informed of what needs to be done but, that we are not roofers and cannot do this for her and that this problem has nothing to do with any installation of the gutterD&B Guttering Don *** Owner 3147-834-
